" Nooooo!" Hazel screemed out. Her entire body was covered with sweat, her entire body was shaking.
" Are you okay, milady." Fega ran to her bedside. " Milady, please calm down, it's only a dream."
" No, it is not a dream. Something is not right fega, I need to search for my husband." She tried to stand up, but fega held her back.
" Milady, his majesty and the others are okay, nothing bad has happened to them, it is just a dream." She tried to comfort her. " Milady, you worry too much about his majesty, that's the reason for your nightmares. I promise you, they are fine, besides, the gods are with them."
" I don't believe you, fega. I saw him die, they all died. We need to go in search of our people. please let me go, pleaseee. She begged, as tears dripped down from her eyes.
A loud cry rang throughout the entire forest.
" What's going on, fega? Didn't you hear the cry, that's the cry of an owl." She gave fega an agitated look.
" I heard it too, milady. An owl crying at night is a bad omen." A worried look appeared on Fega's face.
" We need to see what's happening outside." Hazel and her hand maid ran out of the room.
" Your majesty!" A middle age woman called out. " Look" She says, pointing towards the moon. " Black circle surrounds the moon!"
Everyone's attention was on the black circle that was around the moon. A worried look appeared on everyone's face. It was considered a bad omen. Black circle surrounds the moon whenever something bad happens.
" This is a bad omen, milady." Another woman spoke.
" Yes. We heard the cry of an owl." Another woman added.
" What's going on your majesty?" An old woman asked.
" Our husbands and sons, are they alright?" Another woman asked.
She didn't pay attention to their questions and complains, at this point she have to be strong for her husband, her unborn child and her people.
" calm down!" She yelled, gaining everyone's attention. " Crying and wailing won't solve anything. What our husbands, fathers, brothers and sons needs from us now, are our prayers." She clenched her fist, trying to keep the quiver in her voice. " We must pray for their safety, that is the only thing we can do at this point. Only the gods can ensure their safety."
Everyone followed her to the shrine. They prayed, crying and wailing to the gods. Every woman prayed for her husband's, son's, father's and brother's safety. The entire forest was filled with the cry of the people.
It seems like the gods were asleep.

" What should we do with the bodies?" Derek asked.
" What else, but to throw them into the sea. You don't expect us to bury them in our lands, did you?" King Shaka replied.
" King Shaka is right, we should throw the bodies into the sea." King Elick added.
" They're over one thousand bodies. We can't bury them, we have to throw them away." king Lemech said.
" I don't think that's the right thing to do. Let's take the dead bodies back to their home, let their families bury them.
" King Elak, how do you expect us to move those bodies back to the forest? We should throw them away, as king Shaka suggested." King Elick replied.
" You've succeed in killing them, you've gotten what you wanted. At least, let them be buried by their families. That is the least respect you could give them. No one deserves what had happened to them. At least grant them their dying wish, bury them in their home." King Elak said in a sorrowful voice.
If it was up to him, he would have let them go. But his brothers were too greedy and selfish. He knows in his heart that they will not go unpunished.
The gods are watching.
