North Blue, Lvneel.
Kingdom of Lvneel was one of the oldest kingdoms in the world, having stood for at least four hundred years. Four hundred years ago, this country produced a very famous navigator and botanist. This navigator later became known as the Liar Noland, and his name was Mont Byakuranc Noland.
Now, Byakuran and his subordinates were gathered in this ancient kingdom. Not long ago, they had just crushed the last business of the Donquixote Family in North Blue.
"This country is quite nice; I like it."
Byakuran stretched lazily under the sun and said in a relaxed tone, "Genkishi, have a good chat with the king and ask him to hand over this city to our Family as our headquarters."
"Yes, Lord Byakuran!"
Genkishi bowed slightly and then left. He knew exactly what Byakuran meant. Although he had never had a conversation with a king before, it wasn't a difficult task. As long as the king of this country was sensible, he should know what decision to make.
"Gloxinia, Ginger Bread, I'll leave the task of building the headquarters to you two. Finish it as quickly as possible; I can't wait to see our headquarters."
Byakuran didn't even turn his head as he gave orders to the Gloxinia and Ginger Bread behind him.
After crushing Donquixote Family's businesses in the North Blue, the unlock rate did increase to some extent although the enemies they had dealt with weren't particularly powerful. As a result, Byakuran gained three more family members: Gloxinia, Ginger Bread, and Baishana.
It was a bit regrettable that the real Six Funeral Wreath wasn't unlocked, but those three people could still accomplish a lot, and they all had the strength of Marine Vice Admirals.
"Yes, Lord Byakuran!"
Gloxinia and Ginger Bread immediately went to carry out their orders. For them, Byakuran's commands were absolute, and there was no room for questioning.
"Zakuro, inform Germa Kingdom that the can do as they please in North Blue aside from the Lvneel Kingdom we're in now. Help Judge clear any obstacles. Also, tell them that things should progress step by step, starting with eliminating the pirates. After all, the World Government should also be pleased to see this."
This was something Byakuran had promised Judge earlier. North Blue officially belonged to Germa Kingdom, while its Underworld belonged entirely to the Millefiore Family.
However, it wasn't realistic for the Germa Kingdom to conquer the entire North Blue alone. That was why Byakuran sent Zakuro, to help. Moreover, any enemies Zakuro defeated would increase the Unlock Rate. If they were lucky, another True Six Funeral Wreath might be unlocked, which would greatly boost the Family's strength.
"I got it, Lord Byakuran. I hope those guys can provide me with some entertainment; otherwise, it's going to be too boring..." Zakuro sighed and walked away lazily.
He had this laid-back demeanor when he was not in battle.
"Baishana, inform all North Blue's Underworld prominent figures including the six Emperors of the Dark World to come here in a month's time. Tell them that I want to have a good talk with them about business in the North Blue. If anyone refuses, you should know what to do, right?"
While Byakuran's face bore a seemingly gentle smile, a careful observer could sense a bone-chilling coldness beneath it. His invitation was much like Big Mom's Tea Party in one aspect—there was no room for refusal.
"Yes, Lord Byakuran!"
Baishana nodded and immediately went to carry out the order.
After everyone had left, Byakuran strolled alone through the streets of the city. He observed the crowds as if he were an ordinary traveler.
New World, Secon Island.
"Primo, we've received a message from Varia that Millefiore Family has appeared in North Blue. It was led by Byakuran, and they already have one real Six Funeral Wreath, a Storm Mare Ring user named Zakuro!"
G burst into Giotto's training room with a serious face. "Mare Ring, much like our Vongola Ring, possesses extraordinary power. Millefiore Family's strength is not to be underestimated. I believe that even now, we need to be on guard. It's not that I want to eliminate them, but we can't let our guard down!"
G didn't know that Byakuran was Giotto's other self. In his eyes, Millefiore Family posed a significant threat as they wielded the Mare Ring. Varia also reported that Byakuran was a very dangerous individual. It was impossible for G not to take this matter seriously, especially when they possessed the Mare Ring, which was as powerful as Vongola Ring.
Once he had put away the flames in the training room, Giotto took a deep breath and said, "There's no need to worry about this. Although I'm not sure how to explain it to you right now, I can assure you that Byakuran and the Millefiore Family are on our side. Moreover, they are absolutely trustworthy!"
Of course they could be absolutely trusted; Byakuran was essentially Giotto himself. If he couldn't trust himself, that would be odd.
"Primo..."
Hearing the words of their leader, G showed a hint of helplessness. "When will you change your habit of trusting people so easily? While I don't think trusting others is a problem, sometimes you have to consider whether they are worthy of trust or not!"
As childhood friends, he was well aware of Giotto's bad habit. Hearing Giotto's words just now, G naturally assumed that Giotto trusted this person named Byakuran out of a whim.
Seeing G's reaction, Giotto didn't know what to say. Should he tell him that Byakuran was his other self?
However, if he really said that, G probably wouldn't believe it and might even call a psychiatrist for him.
"Cough... G, don't worry. This time, everything will be fine. Millefiore Family is definitely worth our trust. I can guarantee it with my life."
