Divine Kingdom Lord factions were indeed very different from the previous Empire Lord factions and Kingdom Lord factions.
It was extremely difficult to advance to a Divine Kingdom Lord faction!
This could be seen from the five human empires. They clearly had the protection of five True God-Tier existences, but none of them have ever been promoted to a Divine Kingdom Lord faction.
