Teacher Yan strode forward and, upon discovering a child lying in the snow, quickly reached out to pick her up. Glancing back at the Black Tortoise Turtle behind him, Teacher Yan urgently called out,
"Big Black, adjust the temperature."
As the Rune Stone Barrier began to slowly change, Teacher Yan summoned the Meditation Apprentice and had it help change the damp clothes on the little girl. With his back turned to the Meditation Apprentice, Teacher Yan took off his outer robe and handed it back, saying,
"Wrap her in this."
The Meditation Apprentice took the Ritual Robe from Teacher Yan and carefully wrapped the little girl in it, making a hissing noise to let Teacher Yan know he could turn around. Glancing at the little girl in the Meditation Apprentice's arms, Teacher Yan said,
"You hold on to her. We need to get back quickly. Big Black, lead the way."
