Caught off guard and choked by the sudden mouthful of a little dumpling, Motan gagged right there, rolling his eyes as he vigorously thumped his chest a few times. Failing to clear it, he began to scratch his neck, and only after he started to lose blood did he gulp down two bottles of strong Healing Potion to flush the thing down, leaning on his knees and gasping for a while before he finally caught his breath...
Yu Chen held her arms and turned her little face away, ignoring him.
"You really aren't fat, you know."
Motan looked sincerely at the girl before him and said from his heart, "Not at all, so there's really no need to diet, okay?"
Yu Chen cast a glance at him, her head drooping in dejection, "You don't need to comfort me."
Motan recited a passage from the Heart Sutra silently to himself, then examined Yu Chen up and down and said with certainty, "I'm really not comforting you."
