Savion Empire, Imperial City of Telon
A figure cloaked in a black robe appeared in the central area of the inner city. This is not only the heart of Telon but also of the whole Savion, a place safeguarding the dignity and honor of the empire, conveying the will and authority of the emperor. In other words, it's right at the palace gate.
This area was strewn with numerous hidden sentries, magical barriers, and royal guards. Outside of council time, even a mud Pikachu who wished to enter had to submit to over twenty inspections. The Czar's Shield Imperial Guard, a force merely a fifth the size of the Czar's Sword Knights, was stationed here year-round. Any unauthorized intruder would suffer their unrestricted attack, whether they were a duke, prince, marshal, or anyone else. They dared to cut down any who dared to breach.
