This is an ordinary inn, easily found at the market. Other than the rare Sea Tribe as its landlord, the only notable feature is its relatively low lodging fee. Of course, this has to do with its secluded geographical location and the overly damp condition of its rooms.
Obviously, for the landlord who paid a fortune to negatively transform the inn's environment, his own comfort is much more important than good business.
