Although the carp belongs to the large grass carp species, its outward form clearly isn't a product of mutation. It merely grew this large because of the good environment here. At least in appearance, it doesn't differ from other carp of similar species!
Other fish in the creek likewise have grown a tad larger. None have distorted appearances due to mutation.
