Keep in mind that the total human population on Earth is around six billion. This population has sparked a dazzling gleam of civilization. However, in the entire Milky Way, the number of stars like the Sun greatly exceeds the total population of Earth. So, is life on Earth genuinely unique in the grandeur of such a stellar system?
The Sun is not unique, nor is the Solar System with its planetary distribution. Even Mother Earth, the cradle of humanity, holds no special mystique in this galaxy.
Some scientists on Earth, based on Earth's environment, estimate that at the same period as Earth, the number of advanced civilizations possibly emerging in the Milky Way could be around two million!
These two million are just estimates based on the evolutionary potential of humans. If some intelligent life forms evolve in a different way than humans, the actual number of advanced civilizations may far exceed this estimate!
