After approximately a dozen hours of work, Jia Yan had finally gathered most of the machinery into the spacecraft.
A few of the machines were of Auster origin, their design style strangely similar to Earth technology - extremely utilitarian, though lacking in aesthetic appeal. Jia Yan found that those Auster machines were less damaged by the explosion. The ornate, enigmatic machines of the "Empire", however, were almost entirely wrecked.
After collecting all these items, Jia Yan felt that he had obtained a respectable level of skill in interstellar flight. Although it seemed his Brainwave Power had reached a limit - even straining to accelerate, his maximum speed only ever reached around three to four hundred kilometers per hour.
His control of these powers was, however, becoming well-refined. At least he no longer encountered embarrassing situations like intending to fly left, but drifting right!
