From the Frost City-State to the east, at the end of the sight line on the sea cliff, one could see a towering rocky island—it was narrow and curved, resembling a frail scimitar or a strangely shaped dagger. Covered with rugged boulders and barren sand, the Frostfolk thus gave it a descriptive name based on its shape, calling it "Dagger Island."
In the vast Endless Sea, land is the most precious resource to secure. Even the most barren and narrowest of islands, people will find ways to make it useful, and Dagger Island was no exception.
