Afterwards the spirit says, "I am me once again. However I forfiet. You need all the time you can get."
With that Amber is teloproted off of the staircase. She shakes her head. She goes to making mana and miasma cores within her eyes.
As she does, her eyesight gets noticeable better. 'So having the cores in different spots will improve different aspects of the body.what would happen if I form some in the soul or in the Dantain?'
As she ponders Lilian walks up to her, "I know we didn't finalize the bet. But I shall still give you something. For you did win."
"Don't worry about. I've learned plenty on that staircase. "
"No I must stay true to myself. Just like you will continue from here and keep fighting stronger people," Lilian responds.
With a chuckle Amber says, "That is true."
Lilian pulls out a blue feather, "This is a feather rof a blue heat eagle. You will find more use out of it then I will. See you when I get through this training section."
"Before you go, how long have you been here?"
"Half a year. I just managed to get to 22nd place. Primar who was slightly ahead of me has been hear six months and got 21st place. So we are about to be able to pass in another rmonth or two."
"Well seems like I am doing really well. I should have been in this space for about a month and a half total," Amber nods.
"How? It took me a month to get pass the Boulder. And another month to get through the forest."
Amber laughs avoiding the question as Dreamre appears next to her. 'Is that a shadow panther?' Primar questions himself.
'No wait it seems to not be a normal one. Has it mutated?' Primar walks up and asks, "Do you know what kind of magical beast that panther is?"
Amber looks at him and says, "Nope, but he used to be a normal panther. He evolved before I made it to town."
"You mean to tell me you managed to evolve a beast before even reaching this town? How long did it take you for the Boulder, forest, and desert?" Primar raises his eyebrows and tilts his head.
"About three weeks or so total," Amber replies nonchalantly.
Lilian looks over at her, "How often were you fighting monsters and magical beasts?"
"I have no clue lost track after the tenth fight," Amber shrugs.
Primar looks at her, "Here I thought people are making up how much a battle maniac fights."
Amber laughs, "What is better than fighting?"
Lillian sighs, "Spending time with family, knitting, and sewing."
Primar shakes his head, "I would have to say sculpting and farming."
"The thrill of battle is far more ingaging to me. I haven't met my parents. All I know is something happened to them shortly after my birth which caused them to be unable to be with me or my siblings," she looks down and sighs.
Before they can ask her anymore questions, "The last part of this competition will be to. . ."
Before the announcer can finish his scentence someone comes up, "We will end it here this time. We have some important things to discuss."
Amber laughs and looks at Lillian and Primar, "I will see the two of you later. Perhaps we can team up some time." She walks pass them and asks, "Do you have multiple cores?"
Both look at each other and are confused, "What do you mean?"
Amber whispers, "You can form multiple mana and miasma cores."
"Why tell us this?"
"If we team up, I don't want you two falling to far behind," she laughs.
Primar shakes his head, "My mana core is already red though."
"I was told that at a certain level of core it can't be done anymore. But I think you should be good unless it has reached solid. I haven't tested this theory though. I only have white mana cores and black miasma cores," Amber says.
"The lowest ranking mana and miasma cores? How many do you have?"
"I lost count. But have fun see you two later. I have a goal and staying here for to long wont let me reach it," Amber jumps up on to Dreamra and leaves. Primar sighs as Lillian shakes her head.
The person at the desk looks over at Amber and sighs, 'she doesn't stop. She is up to 530k points earned. And she has pulled ahead of the person who completed the hardest difficulty the fastest by two months. Can anything slow her down? The friend she entered with is keeping pace with her, and is breaking all those records yet he is only at 200k points.
'Man am I jealous I've just done some research on the two of them. They just started school not to long ago. Yet they have managed to collect so many points. Yet it is only due to how dangerous this training section is. But they are set for anything they need for the schooling.
'Yet they still haven't completed the training program. They'll have more points then what they will know what to do with for a while. Unless they decide to use the rooms filled with mana and miasma.'
Xod arrives at Rêves musicaux. He knocks on the door, "I am here to see Lyracula, tell him Xod is here to talk about business."
He waits for a moment. "Ah Xod so you are her teacher. Come in and follow me to a more secluded area."
"What did you want to talk to me about?" Xod questions.
"I have someone who keeps causing problems around here. I thought eventually your student could handle it for experience." Lyracula replies.
"Now that is interesting. But you know we don't just opperate for free even when it comes to targets for disciples, and who is the target."
"You know who. Your intelligence team can gather information everywhere. She had tried to force Freyja into doing something he doesn't want to. So there is that. 50k points for your disciple to get it done in half a year. The sooner the more points we'll add."
"Fine. That will be her first target," Xod stands up and walks away.
