The underground tunnel made for the Kirisu family is located deep beneath the ground, so deep that cellular connections to the outside world are automatically blocked.
No one from outside the tunnel can connect to the system inside the tunnel. Therefore, there can only be one place where the perpetrator is which is down here... with us.
Yuto Kageyama rushed outside the CCTV room with his walkie-talkie. The hacker must've been with them still. He or she couldn't have reached outside in such a short period of time.
"All units." Yuto tried to talk to other security guards only to receive statics. "ALL UNITS do you copy?!" Still, only statics can be heard.
He runs to alert the others. Enemies have breached the HQ!
Yuto ran across the halls when he passed through a familiar woman. He heeds no attention to her because right now she's not important.
This woman is Laura Esmeralda. The woman whom Kenma confessed to being his teacher.
Yuto ran like a madman passing by many employees trying to reach one place, the central control room.
When Yuto reached it, he opened the door.
Everyone was startled by this sudden act. A half-naked fat man covered with splashes of blood that were clearly not his barged into the room suddenly.
The security guard knows who Yuto is and decides to approach him, "What's going on Yuto?"
"E- enemy breach!" Everyone once again startled. One man stands up.
"WHAT?! That's not possible!"
"You better believe it, cuz' there's no time for explanations. You're the lead programmer, right?"
"Yes!"
"Then, do something!"
The lead hacker was released from his stupor and ordered everyone to check on the CCTV footage.
"The CCTV footage is gone. That's why I had gone here."
What Yuto said not only shocked the lead hacker but shocked everyone in the room. The system made for Kirisu family is unhackable it is programmed to be that way. Plus they can only be accessed underground with them.
It's supposed to be cyber-proof. Yet here they are, rummaging through codes they programmed trying to find any virus planted.
But... there's none.
The lead hacker goes to one programmer to another, helping them recheck the system's code.
"Billy, you're the one who's leading the cyber-security division right?" The lead hacker ran past many people to a large sector full of tables and chairs.
"Yes, boss."
"Did you find anything?!"
"No, boss!"
The lead hacker ran across the humongous aisle once more to another sector.
"Kiroshima! Did you find anything?!"
"N-no, boss. There are no malfunctions spotted, but it's... there. Just not there!"
"That's impossible! Check again!" At this time, the lead hacker panicked. Yuto had assigned his subordinates to notice other subordinates in the base.
The walkie-talkie is malfunctioning. The system is malfunctioning. Their brain is malfunctioning.
Yuto went outside where it was peaceful. The research team doesn't know what's going on nor does the doctors or any staff that work here. He noticed something for quite a while but didn't want to announce it because it would make more people panic.
"The hacker... is watching us."
Yuto realized that the timing of the attack was too perfect.
"The Kirisu's head is out meeting with the Moriarty family. Ryuku team is out fighting Myriad Triad. The Dispectria family is planning an assault on us. The hacking happened right after I finished that kid. That... kid?!" Yuto realized something. He runs towards the hallway towards the security room.
That kid... Who is he?!
He said his name was Kenma Houtarou, but... who is he?! How did he infiltrate us when many people were watching the CCTV camera and many guards were patrolling the area every second?
Yuto sprints. His face was filled with self-doubt.
What have I done? Why did I panic? That kid must be with whoever the hacker is. They're working together!
He slithered through the wavy pathway and opened the security door.
"He's... gone."

Monster said that he lost. I was surprised. He said that he had the most fun in ages. I was surprised again. He said that he was letting me take over the Switch. I was surprised once more.
But when I take over the Switch, my body hurts like hell! That Monster! He must be laughing with Goofy right now about what he did to me.
Shit! What the hell, man?!
I open my eyes and see a shadowy figure above the ceiling.
What is that? I tried uttering a word, but my whole body aches. I can't even lift a finger.
The shadowy finger drops down and grabs me like I'm as light as a feather.

The shadowy figure has a thin body perfect for agility. I didn't expect him to have this much strength.
He or she has his head and body covered with black clothing fit for assassins. Quite advanced too.
He ran through the hall with great speed when two security guards ran to us with malicious intent.
His gloves suddenly pop out sharp claws.
He dashes at the trained security guards wielding batons.
The first guard tried hitting him in the head. He threw me up above the guards and slashed the first guard while dodging the second diagonal attack from the second guard.
He spins and slashes, then jumps to the wall beside her and slashes the second guard's neck and grabs me as I fall.
He dashed across the aisle and defeated many guards.
Then, we meet this corner.
I feel that his run has been getting faster and faster ever since we meet this corner. I think we're nearing the exit.
He turns around the corner but suddenly stops when a fat, half-naked man walks from another road segment.
"Crap. It's Yuto Kageyama." He mumbles, but wait... This sound... He's a she?????
He who I found out was She the whole time, hides right at the corner before Yuto sees us.
She then grabs a flash bang from her thigh and throws it around the corner.
*BANG*
"AAAHH!" She continues her dash passing through Yuto's screaming figure towards the elevator. The same elevator I had gone across to reach here. It seems that this tunnel is a one-way entrance and exit.
If so, then how would she escape the yard filled with martial artists?
We entered the elevator then, she opened her black mask.
And as if my energy was recovered, my adrenaline pumps when I meet her. My mouth is able to function again as my pupil shakes from disbelief.
"Laura?!"
"Yoohoo. We meet again huh?"
