Wealthy individuals seem to have stylish butlers, much like Batman's Alfred. The Osborn family's butler genuinely cares for his master. Recognizing Harry's inner turmoil, he explains Norman Osborn's tragic death, resolving the misunderstandings between Harry and Peter.
Harry visibly takes in the information, nodding in understanding. His expression no longer reflects inner conflict; it seems like a weight has been lifted.
Gordon raises an eyebrow, saying, "Peter, your friend is much better than his father. We must acknowledge that he values your friendship."
Peter happily responds, "Yes, I always knew Harry wouldn't go down a dark path. He is a good man! I believe in him!"
Arthur shrugs and jokes, "But you didn't choose him earlier; you chose your girlfriend instead. Seems like in the face of love, true friendship can be put aside."
Bruce, however, contemplates, "I wonder if Harry modified the Green Goblin serum. His father turned into the Green Goblin due to severe side effects, completely eroding his emotions and inner self, even spawning an evil persona. Yet, Harry doesn't exhibit these issues."
The Green Goblin serum and symbiote share similarities, amplifying dark aspects and aggression. Bruce speculates on the potential danger, suggesting caution in handling the Green Goblin serum.
Peter shakes his head, "Maybe, but I still think that serum is dangerous and should be sealed!"
Bruce warns, "The Green Goblin serum will become a major problem, whether for you or your friend. It needs careful handling."
As these future events unfold in the holographic video, Spider-Man arrives at the scene, greeted by cheers from the crowd. They now see Spider-Man as their savior, confident that he can resolve the trouble, just as he has done before.
However, facing Eddie in the fight, Spider-Man struggles. With a hostage and enhanced powers, Eddie replicates Spider-Man's abilities, trapping him in a black web.
Eddie revels in his triumph, embodying the concept of a villain achieving success. Spider-Man, despite his kindness, believes Eddie is controlled by the symbiote, attempting to persuade him to turn back and solve the symbiote problem together.
Instead, Spider-Man faces Eddie's mockery and scorn. Eddie plans to humiliate Peter by targeting his girlfriend, Mary Jane.
Mary Jane remains in a suspended taxi, caught in the chaos of the battle. The taxi's roof is torn off, and amidst the high winds, another vehicle, a sand truck, hangs above her.
Panicking, Mary Jane screams as debris falls like rain. Witnessing this, Spider-Man, trapped in the black web, feels a mixture of urgency and anger. Yet, Eddie underestimates Mary Jane. In the face of danger, she finds a way to resist, using fallen debris to retaliate against Eddie, giving Spider-Man a chance to break free and engage in an intense aerial battle.
As Eddie has acquired Spider-Man's abilities, the fight resembles a clash between two Spider-Men, but Peter, concerned for Mary Jane's safety, is at a disadvantage. He gets knocked down brutally, it seems the villains have figured out how to weaken Spider-Man – capture Mary Jane to significantly diminish his fighting abilities. In the midst of the fight, Spiderman has to divert attention to rescue Mary Jane and is almost single-handedly beaten by Eddie. Once again, he is knocked down, and before Spider-Man can recover, a more formidable opponent arrives!
The battlefield is a construction site with yellow sand scattered everywhere. Suddenly, the previously quiet gravel starts to move, converging toward the center and forming a colossal sand figure – Flint Marko!
Dealing with one enemy alone, Spider-Man has no chance of victory. While the giant Sandman is slow, Eddie is agile and possesses some of Spider-Man's abilities, but lacks experience compared to Spiderman. However, with both of them teaming up, Spider-Man is overwhelmed.
Eddie securely binds Spider-Man with black webs to the steel bars, allowing the colossal Sandman to deliver powerful blows with his fists. In just a few hits, Spider-Man is almost knocked out. The cruel scene resembles an execution, leaving the audience in shock.
"It's too brutal! Can Spider-Man really handle those colossal punches from Sandman? Facing two opponents, he's completely outmatched!"
"These villains are too cunning. They not only captured a hostage but also teamed up. But don't worry; Spider-Man also has backup. His friend, Harry Osborn, will come to help him soon."
"Even though the previous Quiz revealed this, I still have doubts about Harry Osborn. Can he truly let go of his hatred to help Spider-Man?"
In the eternal space, Gordon wears an expression of sympathy, shaking his head. "I can't help but feel the pain... Only you superheroes can endure this. If it were ordinary people, they would have been turned into minced meat by this sandman. Do you superheroes not fear pain?"
