Chapter 327 - Time travelling again

Ancient One demonstrated the severe consequences of not having the Time Stone. Then, with a solemn expression, she asked, "So, tell me, Doctor, can your scientific theory prevent all of this?"

Doctor Banner shook his head, "No, but it can undo all of this. Because once we use the Infinity Stones, we will return them to their original point in time. So, from a temporal perspective, these Infinity Stones never actually left our reality."

The Ancient One, the guardian of the Time Stone, remained hesitant despite Banner's explanations. However, in an urgent moment, Banner mentioned Strange's actions, "If the Supreme Sorcerer is supposed to protect the Time Stone, then why did Doctor Strange give it away?"

The Ancient One was surprised, "What are you talking about?"

Banner added, "Strange gave up the Time Stone, handing it over to Thanos."

The Ancient One's expression changed, and she asked, "Was it willingly?"

Banner nodded, "Yes."

The Ancient One appeared thoughtful, "Why?"

Banner shrugged, "I don't know, maybe he made a mistake."

After a moment of contemplation, the Ancient One said, "Perhaps I was wrong."

She then snapped her fingers, and the body of the Hulk lying nearby flew over, merging with Banner's soul. Following that, she retrieved the Time Stone from the Eye of Agamotto and handed it to Doctor Banner, saying, "Strange is one of our best."

Doctor Banner understood her implication, "So, he must have a reason for doing that."

Finally, the Ancient One handed over the Time Stone, reminding, "It's up to you now, Bruce. We're all depending on you."

If Banner fails to return the Time Stone as agreed upon, not only will it affect their future but also the Ancient One's timeline, and as she had warned, the entire world would face catastrophic consequences.

Scott Lang praised, "The Ancient One is cool. You know, I only discovered today that magic exists in the world. If possible, I'd even want to become her apprentice!"

Natasha glanced at him, "Sorcerers focus more on innate talent, Scott. I think Ant-Man suits you better."

Steve Rogers added, "We have the Time Stone, the Reality Stone, the Soul Stone, the Power Stone, and the Mind Stone. Only the Space Stone is left. I'm curious how we'll find the second Space Stone."

The first Space Stone was taken by Loki due to Tony Stark's mistake, but they managed to gather all six Infinity Stones eventually. It naturally raised questions about how they obtained the second Space Stone.

In the holographic video, the scene switched to the streets in ruins after the Battle of New York, with Captain America holding the Mind Stone, and Tony Stark saying, "Cap, sorry, we're in trouble."

Tony Stark and Scott Lang were sitting in a car covered in debris, having failed in their mission to obtain the Space Stone. They had arrived at their predetermined location early, hiding in the car.

After explaining how Tony Stark had messed up the mission, Steve Rogers asked, "What do we do next?"

Tony Stark complained, "Give me a break, Steve. I just got hit on the head by the Hulk..."

His nonchalant attitude frustrated Scott Lang, "You said we only had one chance! This is our only chance! If we use it and fail, It's all over if we don't succeed!"

"You're repeating yourself, you know that? You're repeating yourself!" Tony Stark, knowing he was in the wrong, didn't want to admit it.

"No, you're repeating yourself!"

Scott Lang, also quite stubborn, started bickering with Tony Stark.

Outside the screen, Thor couldn't stop laughing, "Hahaha, Tony, seeing you act so immature reminds me of Loki when he was a child. You've even got a daughter now, please, grow up a bit!"

Earlier, he had been mocked by Tony Stark multiple times, and now he seized the opportunity for payback.

Tony Stark retorted, "Scott is too agitated, and besides, it's not all my fault. Let's be fair here; those unexpected situations were completely out of our control!"

In the video, Captain America, unable to tolerate the two childish arguments, interrupted, "Do we have any other way to get the Tesseract?"

"No, there's no other way!" Scott Lang was furious, banging on the car door.

"We only have one vial of particles, and we can't go anywhere with just that. Understand? If we use it, goodbye! You won't be able to go back home!"

Steve Rogers said, "But if we don't try, the others won't be able to go back home either."

At that moment, Tony Stark, who had been self-blaming, suddenly had an idea, "I know! There's still a way to get the Tesseract again and replenish our particles! It's a little detour down Memory Lane, to a military base in New Jersey!"

Steve Rogers asked, "Were both things there at the same time?"

Tony Stark replied, "For a while, I remember it quite clearly."

"Remembered it quite clearly?" Steve Rogers shrugged, feeling that Tony himself wasn't entirely sure, and it didn't seem reliable.

Beside them, Scott Lang was completely bewildered, "Where are we going? What are we doing? What are you talking about?"

Captain America and Iron Man continued their conversation, completely ignoring the bewildered Ant-Man. In the end, Captain America made up his mind to give it a try, "It seems we'll have to improvise."

He then handed the Mind Stone to Scott Lang and, along with Tony Stark, began calibrating the time jump.

Scott Lang couldn't help but interrupt them, reminding them, "If you do this and it fails, you won't be able to come back."

Tony Stark said, "Thanks for the encouragement, Ant-Man."

Then, he asked Steve Rogers, "Do you believe in me?"

Steve Rogers didn't hesitate, "Of course, I do."

Following that, the two of them time-travelled once again, leaving Scott Lang in confusion amidst the wind.
