I asked not exactly sure where I was or why I was here as the last thing that came to mind was... blank ? I didn't remember anything about me but at the same time knew everything I needed to know about myself.
"This is the first time in a world I have been asked to explain what's going on by someone who's weaker than me." she said while smiling, "Well then, this is a world of Cultivation and Magic there are people who are talented with magic while some are talented with Cultivation, and you are Yang Ya a orphan living here in the wayumi village, I am Su Mao from the city of Torinto. I nooded while thinking "Why do they get money for this, I am the one becoming a slave", "Now Come with me and you don't have any choice you have already signed the documents." she said, I nodded softly while thinking of any excuse to get out of this mess.
"Let's go now" she said, while I got up and followed her. I got out of the house to see a carriage waiting for us. There were two men on both sides dressed in type of uniform which had the same crest as the one in the gloves of the one surnamed Su, so I guessed they worked for here family. After we got in the carriage set out immediately, as I looked out of the window to look at the wayumi village as I thought, "I WILL GET BACK THOSE 100 GOLD COINS, THEY ARE MINE".

After a while of nothing but silence the young lady said, "Give me your hand", after hesitating for a bit I decided to comply. She held my hands as I felt a piercing cold energy entering my body. "Endure it, I am unlocking your spirit veins those are what let the mana from the atmosphere inside your body so you can condense it into qi and store in your dantian", "ok, but
... what's mana and qi ? And why do we store it ?". "Mana is the purest energy found everywhere, that's what mages use to cast magic. Qi is the mana which is absorbed by our body and stored into the dantian by the spirit veins. Qi is what cultivators use for performing special moves called qi techniques. The difference between Magicians and Cultivators is that mages don't store the mana and use it whenever they need it from the atmosphere, so they don't have much physical strength in their bodies. While Cultivators use the store energy to temper their bodies as well as use the energy in their dantian to perform qi techniques. Of course there are always exceptions but that's the general idea." she said, "Now brace yourself it may hurt a bit." as she said that the cold energy piercing my body became sharper and I started screaming as the pain was too much to bear. After that I don't remember much, I just remember my memories till the part I started screaming from pain after that everything was a blank...

I started opening my eyes as I saw the smile one the young ladys face, "Did I faint from the pain ?" I thought to myself. "Your spirit veins were harder to unclog, it took more time than that of a normal person's" she said, " Is that... a bad thing ?" I asked. "Not necessarily, it Maybe because your veins were stronger than that of a normal person's that's why it took more effort, so there's a high change your Cultivation talent is quite good" she said while smiling.
"Can I ask you something ?" I asked, "Haven't you been asking me questions the whole day what's new about now ?" she said.
"Why... Why are you helping me ? You probably don't even know me for too long and you still helped me unclog the spirt vein" I asked, "Aren't you my servent already ? You being strong is just better for me." She said with a charming smile on her face.

It would take us about 5 more days to reach the mansion. During that time she taught me how to absorb the mana present and how to store it. It was actually quite easy, it just took a while for my body to get used to it. Though I was still not sure why she was helping me, I felt she wouldn't harm me.
It was during the 4th day that something note worth would happen.
I was absorbing mana Just like any other day but felt a sudden feeling covered my whole body, it was as if the energy from my dantian was leaking and making all the parts of my body harden. At first I was scared but I felt a soothing cold energy over my body which made me realise that the young lady was helping me. This state carried on for an hour, after it ended I felt as if I was stronger than before but not by leaps and bounds just a bit stronger. "Congratulations on breaking through to the 1st stage of body tempering" she said. She continued "There are 8 Cultivation realms in total each has 9 stages. They are:-
*Body tempering
*Qi development
*Qi and Body fusion
*Soul transformation
*Silver Bones
*Golden Blood
*Qi transformation
*Transcendence
A person can be called a true Cultivator when they reach qi development as that's when they can use the qi in their bodies to perform techniques before that they can only use it to harden their bodies to increase their defences." I nodded after hearing it and decided to work hard to break through to Qi development, maybe then I can remember what I feel like I have forgotten...
