"Soul skills!" Ashled yelled once more, prompting his minions to activate their soul skills. It turned out there was a reason he chose to use Fire affinity Battlesoul masters, their skills all involved launching out flames at Noah and the butler's soul skill, that summoned what looked like a hurricane, boosted the power of the attacks by turning it into a wide hurricane blast of flames.
"Tch." Noah clicked his tongue looking at this. The attack engulfed almost the entire room leaving him with no space to dodge and since Dragon Guard could only defended against physical for now, the problem remaining would be the burns he would get from this attack. Even Flicker was useless since he didn't have the ability to teleport to spaces with high concentrations of Essence that wasn't of his affinity yet and the space between the five enemies was filled with fire type Essence. 'I'll just charge through it then!' Activating his own soul skill, Silver Dragon Eyes, the transmigrator glanced at the flow of Essence in the hurricane of fire heading towards him and charged forward aiming at its weakest point. Executing Dragon Guard, his muscles tensed as it prepared to defend against the shock of the hurricane.
"Noah!" Owen yelled from behind seeing the flames but as he intended to come forward to help the youngster, the boy sent him a glare as if telling him that this was his fight."
"Die now bastard!" Ashled smiled murderously as he directed his Essence launching the hurricane of flame straight at Noah.
The latter's expression didn't even change though. "Dragon Steps." His body blurred as he ran forward with impressive speed, charging right at the attack. He kept one of his swords into his World ring and pointed the other at the fast approaching hurricane. "Drill Thrust!" With a pierce, the Essence projection of what looked like a sword's blade appeared tearing straight at the hurricane and paving the way for the dashing Noah. Of course, the heat still caused blisters on his skin but the transmigrator didn't show any expression of pain except for a furrowed brow.
Appearing on the other side with his clothes up in flames and his hair smoking, Noah raised his sword while his other hand pointed at one of the guards. "That hurt fuckers. Pull!" The targeted guard stumbled, his sense of stability leaving him as he was pulled towards the transmigrator who now held his two swords. "Gale Sword." With a quick slice, the man's head left his body before crashing down on the floor dead. "Four left." He swung his hand slightly then looked at his burn marks and sighed. 'I have about 60% of my Essence left and two of them, I'll have to hurry if I wanna kill them all. The Gravity's Will drains a considerable amount of Essence so I'll have to avoid using it. Martial Arts it is then.'
"You-you brat!" Ashled gritted his teeth so hard that his gums began to bleed from the stress he put it under. "You forced me you damned bastard." With a flick of his hand, the old man brought out an elixir containing a few drops of golden red liquid from his World ring attempting to chug it down.
"Do I look like an idiot that'd allow you to do that?" Noah was quick to execute Flicker and appeared by his side swinging down with Gale Sword. Unfortunately, a burst of wind suddenly blasted him off into the air, he grabbed out attempting to use his Pull Battle skill to drag the old man with him but he had already chugged down a drop of the elixir's already little content.
While flying through the air, the butler's body already experienced changes. His white hair fell off, allowing black hair to grow out from his scalp, his shriveled skin smoothened out to reveal the skin of a man in his thirties, and muscles also began to appear on the man's skinny body. By the time, the butler reached Noah, he couldn't be regarded to as an old man anymore but a handsome man in his thirties.
The transmigrator clenched his fist and threw a punch at the incoming body, executing the Dragon Fist martial skill. Unfortunately the fist was met with by the now young butler, the result of that clash was a shockwave that sent both parties crashing into the ground.
"Hahaha! You're quite strong brat. I'm now at the 6th level of the Intermediate Stage and you still met my punch without getting hurt." Ashled chuckled as he glanced at the slowly rising Noah.
Meanwhile the youngster scrutinized his opponent's body with a hint of confusion. "Is that some steroid?"
Ashled smirked and nodded. "Not a steroid exactly but an Elixir of Vitality. A miracle drug that can return even an old man like me back to his prime years. Made from the blood of a very special being, a Wyvern!"
"Tch." Noah clicked his tongue as he heard this. In his heart though, he could feel some kind of urging. One telling him to kill the man before him. 'I guess Wyverns are indeed part of Dragons.' He was going to do so anyways so his bloodline's urgings weren't needed.
But Ashled decided to drop another bomb by pointing at his associates. "My friends also like taking this thing."
"Fuck." The transmigrator's eyes widened as he glanced behind the butler to see 3 more equally buffed men walking towards him. He looked at the four of them before finally laughing wryly. "Well fuck me. But, it's not like I expected you bastards to play fair anyways." Taking a deep breath, Noah smiled. "I also have something like that."
Glancing at the four, he inhaled even more, circulating his Blood Essence and executing the highest level of the Azure Dragon Art. His muscles tensed and bulged pushing him from 5 feet to 5ft 6' and steam also began to exit his skin. "Dragon's Vitality." As he spoke, everyone in the room watched as with a slight nudge, the burnt skin on his body fell off like dirt revealing a new and spotless layer. Walking over the dead, burnt skin the transmigrator revealed a blood thirsty smirk as he decided to go even further. His Silver Dragon Emperor Battlesoul opened its maw, swallowing a weird source of energy from the air before releasing a light that fused with Noah's body. Soon scales began to appear over his arms as they dragonified displaying two draconic arms for everyone in the room to see. "So…" The youngster's smirk widened as he pointed his sword at the four. "Let's get serious shall we?"
