Now Azazel only needs to take a step to look at the board.
"There's also a lot of paper pasted here, what kind of quest can I do?" Azazel's hand held his chin.
"Ano...."
Azazel turned his head after hearing a voice that disturbed his concentration. "Huh? What's wrong?"
A girl with a bob haircut had appeared, she became very shy to start the conversation.
"What's wrong with this girl? Is he in trouble?" Azazel looked around him.
"Can you help me complete the quest?"
"Quest… do you have the courage to pay me?"
She couldn't answer Azazel's words.
"If you don't have it, you better find someone else!"
"Actually this quest has a high fee, but I can't complete it alone! If you can, can you help me solve it, I don't mind getting paid 20% or less…"
"But, if you dare to do this, it means that you are ready to lose…"
"Y-Yeah… I don't have much choice, if I do this alone it won't work either!"
"Alright, I don't think this is bad, but you should know that your life is not my responsibility!"
"Yes, I understand…" She nodded in an excited tone.
They both then left from there.
Azazel was led to a forest in the south, a forest that looked deserted with an atmosphere of horror.
The girl in front of Azazel was a magic user, the wand always carried by that girl identified her.
"So why are you doing this quest alone? Aren't there a lot of people in the Guild who can help you do that?"
"True, but I don't have great abilities so other people feel reluctant to do this quest together with me…"
"What a sad life! Aren't you trying to find another job?"
"I already did, but I understand that gaining experience isn't easy! Being a servant is often looked down upon by others so I want to become an adventurer capable of making those who have insulted me think wrongly!"
"Huh… so it's all just because you want to impress other people?"
She got goosebumps hearing Azazel's words.
Slowly he nodded his head.
"Don't be stupid, you won't be able to survive if you follow other people's wishes! You should be yourself, don't be easily influenced by what they say…"
Her cheeks instantly turned red. "I want to be like that, but will a stupid girl like myself be able to do it?"
"That's up to you, you have to decide! There are experiences that I've learned, and so far are the most valuable… would you like to hear about them?"
Plain nods are used.
"If you want to become stronger then you have to get rid of the limitations in your body! You create those limits yourself, and if you stick to them you won't be able to get any better! Remember that this life is not easy to live, if you only follow the wishes of others, it is the same as throwing your own life away!"
She was really amazed to hear Azazel's words, starting to lower her head to digest what Azura had just said.
"Could I really be like his say?"
This journey continues until the two of them arrive at a cave.
"Hmm... is it true that we have to enter this cave?"
"Yeah! In this cave the monsters we must defeat…"
"Will every monster appear in the cave? Yeah, it's true that caves are the most comfortable nests for monsters, but why do I feel like this is a bit of a cliché! Huh… whatever it is, I have to quickly finish this…"
Enter these two people into the cave, it's so dark inside.
"Hikari...."
The light from her staff gave them light, along the way nothing was enough to cause harm.
Suddenly from above something fell.
"Uah..." She reflexively lay down her body that was being held by Azazel.
"Are you okay?"
"Y-Yeah…" Her cheeks turned red to continue to be watched by Azazel who was so serious.
"In this cave it seems that many rocks have started to crumble! It's no wonder I'm here is the location that is most often used as a monster's lair…"
They finally arrived at a cave area filled with cobwebs.
"W-What is this?" She couldn't stop shaking.
In front of them were so many nets that coiled the adventurers, their faces had turned pale.
Azazel was still looking around him, his eyes suddenly narrowed. "Shoheki..."
From two o'clock the attack appeared, if he didn't act quickly it would definitely be a bad thing.
"Is she serious about dealing with this creature?" Azazel looked at that girl, and it was clear that she was afraid of the monster in front of her.
"Huh... it's not what I imagined, why are there giant spiders here?" His legs kept shaking violently.
"Back off, let me take care of this monster…." Azazel didn't mean to be cool, but it was clear that this girl wouldn't be able to deal with it.
The spider hissed, then spat out its web.
"Hono..."
The fire becomes a shield for Azazel, then he releases high speed to get behind the spider.
From Azazel's hand created fire arrows, then arrows were released continuously. Unable to move that spider, the attack of one arrow was able to pierce into the flesh to cause such intense pain.
"Todo Meda! Shining Phoenix Arrow..."
Kaboom...
The cave rumbled, lucky Azazel used magic to protect that girl.
"G-Great… how he do that?" Her hand was still shaking violently.
"Sigh… it seems that I've gone overboard in using arrows, but indeed when facing a monster like yourself this is the thing to do! Now what's next?"
Azazel approached that girl.
"S-Sorry I can't act, I'm just a burden girl who can't do anything..." Her eyes had tears in her eyes.
"There's no need for you to feel guilty, I also understand that this quest is too much, someone with a high rank should be running this quest! Why would you accept this quest when you clearly don't have a high rank?"
"That's because I wanted to prove to everyone that I was able to complete this quest, but in reality I realized that this quest would not be able to be completed by myself!"
"I see, you're too naive to finish it, but it can't be helped, I understand that you're doing this to make an impression on others!"
