After settling down i closed my eyes. Soon after some minutes the anti gravity stopped and we landed near the huge mansion. A boy with red hairs and blue eyes that had a tint of green in them walked out arrogantly saying to his mother that he would become the best cadet.
I laughed at the interaction the boy was keeping it hard to keep his tears down. He looked lean but muscular inside kind of guy. He was also arround my age fourteen.
looking at them i felt jealous and a sense of sourness arouse in my throat, i wish my parents would also be here to see me off.
I closed my eyes , again and we pulled off to get other talented one but suddenly someone tapped my shoulder, "Yes" i replied.
A hand came at me , i flinched. But the man no, the boy who stood in front of me looked a little flabbergasted. "i didn't mean to scare you, sorry" He looked apologetic enough. The hand was still there looking for a handshake.
"Hi, i am Noah, Noah Reinhardt".
"oh , i am Venti Vermillion" ,
"You can call me , Ven if you like to".
"oh.... yes" I was stunned hearing the name vermillion, the noble family that everyone knows. The family of fire mages.
We then began to talk a little about academy. Venti in someone you could call an outgoing, kind talented and rich person. After he found that i will be admitted in Artez academy through random number. He didn't looked down on me.
There is also another way a person could get into Artez academy, and it's pretty simple yet disgusting in a way. A random batch of five to seven students will be chosen each year as a way of charity so the image of academy increases. "How can I ?" it's rude to be impolite to nobles either way i have never had friends except Reas so it was very hard for me to get to speak with someone comfortably and bonus point was that the person was also arround my age making it more uncomfortable.

"That's it , it was easy right i would have preferred Ven but we will get to there later on since we will be friends right."
He took his hands and rubbed on my head, making some hairs flock out of my hairs like a chickens head.
'Does this kid thinks he is the older one. maybe I should play along he looks powerful and have a powerful family to back up, being friends with him wouldn't hurt much. But what if someone bullies me, because of it Since i know Powerful talented people stuck together and harass the weaker one' i thought.
"ok" i replied with a smile but was thinking inside if situation b happens then he can easily back off from this 'friendship'. And if it works he would have a powerful ally. a tool.
The tool speaks kindly, has a naive view on the world but still has the arrogance inside him,' To help those below him' he didn't say he would help the needy but he will help those below him.
He already put rest put of the masses below him, but i wonder what makes him stick with me so much. I thought.
Soon many people start to fill up the space totalling up to about twelve, the military man came and announced in five minutes we will arrive capital and in seven minutes the academy.
"please wear these blindfolds" every student started to pick up there black blindfolds I and Ven also did and put it in our head. The military officer didn't tell us why we were asked to put on the mask.
Suddenly my brain started to become foggy as the air surrounded us thickened with smoke and tried not to inhale air as much as possible, and began to unbuckkle the seat belt but it was locked. i could also hear other growling to get out of the seatbelt but they all seemed rather helpless.
Did somebody attaked us "Venti" i asked but nothing got in replied and soon i knew why as the dizziness got me atlast and i also closed my eyes.
And fell to the dream.
