I. After a few days of Mary being imprisoned, Jack finally decided to come down to check on his mate
Marayah: " Here he comes, here Mary catch it, use it wisely, and please be careful I don't want to lose you too sis"
Marayah threw Mary a small dagger so she can protect herself
Mary: " Thanks sis"
The doors from the underground cell open and there stands Jack in his slim black suit with a key in his hand
Jack: " I have to admit, you've been calm since you are closed up in this cell, but you know I don't think it's suitable for a lady and my mate to be here, so you are getting out today, you will live in our villa until I find us a new place and we will move out, you will sleep in my room and I don't want to hear buts, got it?"
Mary nods in agreement, Jack unlocks the cell and picks up Mary from the floor, and starts carrying her upstairs to his master bedroom, Mary takes one more glance at her sister, and she just smiles at her.
Jack: "So Mary would you like to eat anything? I am a good chef indeed I can make you whatever you want, and of course, I want to know more about you, I think we got on each other's nerves for no reason I want to start over and get to know my mate better, what do you say?"
Mary: "Sure Jack, and I love pancakes with fresh grape jelly, can you make those for me?
Jack: "Absolutely"
When they got to the kitchen Jack puts Mary down and he tells her to make herself at home and to sit down he will get to pancakes immediately.., After a while, Mary starts looking around and notices Jack looking at her, while he is cooking
Mary: "It smells so good, but why do you keep staring at me?"
Jack:" You're really pretty you know that, the more I look at you the more I want to be close to you" His ears and tail come out and he starts wiggling his tail in happiness
Mary burst out laughing but she finds Jack's actions cute, after he had finished making pancakes he brings them to the table and brings a fresh jar of grape jelly just like Mary wanted
Mary: "I've never tasted anything better than this oh my god, you didn't lie when you said you were an amazing chef"
Mary smiles at Jack and he turns red, she notices and stops smiling immediately
Jack and Mary get along well for 3 months until the day of the dance comes which means she needs to be bitten by the Alpha and she will become his forever, Mary didn't want that and she remembered her's sister and her's plan, the escape plan.
Mark: "Son, are you ready? This makes you an important male and Alpha in this house, never let your standards down because of her, women can be of bad luck, never trust them and of course, if I was in your place I would have never trusted Mary, she is white wolf indeed, the special ones you know, she can take you down easily, be strong my son" Mark pats him on the shoulder and gives him a big last dad hug
Jack: "Thanks dad, and I trust Mary she proved to me that she is trustworthy, and she is my mate, I would do anything for her I know you and mom don't get on well but it's different for me and Mary, she means a lot to me"
Mark: "I know son, just be careful tonight is the night, she didn't see your true alpha form has she?"
Jack: "She hasn't, I want to show her after this night"
In master bedroom
Mary: "okay I think I am ready I got everything I need I will be back with help Marayah I promise", she hugs Marayah who is now a maid for the Mafia family, Mary gets out of the window and Marayah closes it after she gets out, she exits the master bedroom and goes to the kitchen
Jack: "Hey you, listen the dance is about to start to get Mary to come downstairs"
Another maid: "Yes master"
The maid goes up to the master bedroom where Mary is supposed to be and knocks on the door
Maid: "Ms. Mary, may I come in please I need to escort you downstairs to master Jack?"
No response
Maid: "Miss?"
The maid enters the bedroom and sees the wardrobe is all in chaos and so is the bed, she runs downstairs and gets to Jack
Maid: "Master Jack, Mary she is nowhere to be seen, she is not in the bedroom and everything is in chaos master"
Jack: "WHAT!?, WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN, ARE YOU TELLING ME SHE RAN AWAY!?, SEARCH THE VILLA AND FIND MY MATE OR YOU WILL ALL FACE CONSEQUENCES!"
The guards and everyone at the villa start looking for Mary who is already miles and miles away from Jack
The guards: "Master Jack, Alpha Mark Mary ran away we found paw prints that look like she turned into a wolf and ran away"
Jack:" IDIOTS, WELL GO AFTER HER AND FIND HER!! I will join you.."
While deep in the woods
Mary: "I think I am far away right now, I feel so bad for leaving Jack, am I starting to catch feelings for him?, what is wrong with me, I need to be focused on getting my sister out of there, but I should have hugged Jack last night for goodbye I miss him.."
Mary starts walking more until he sees the huge mountains covered with snow and the frost wind blows in her face, she turns to her human form and starts heading over the bridge to the mountains, the wind is heavy and cold but she pushes through it...
