Chapter 43 - Revelation 3

Mama Silver was elated! Not minding her status, she was outside in plain view, dancing and singing praises with tears in her eyes to thank God for bringing her granddaughter back to life.

People from the small village that Oracle's estate was located, paused and looked at her. Some women who understood her joy from the song she was singing stopped and danced along with her.

Aderinsola and Oracle who were just watching her dance before also decided to join her along the way while some people just gathered and watched the show that it seemed the three friends were putting up with amusement on their faces.

After the three friends were done dancing, they went around the small village, giving alms to the needy before they finally returned to Oracle's mansion. Food was brought to them and they ate together. Aderinsola and Mama Silver discussed amongst each other, forgetting that they nearly destroy each other just some hours ago

Emma hasn't still gotten her voice back when Mama Silver spoke with her but that was no problem for Mama Siver as she knew what herbs to give that would help her throat heal and clear her voice in no time.

Mama Silver picked her phone again and called Emma for the third time after she regains consciousness. This time to make sure they've arrived at her mansion before she finally went back to joined Oracle and Aderinsola with a satisfactory smile on her face

She couldn't wait to find out about what Oracle wants to reveal to them concerning Emma and Leo. They sat inside Oracle's personal living room so they could have privacy and be able to talk freely without the fear of being overheard.

"Hmmm... We thank Eledumare for today and for the great lesson that we have learned from what happened. Even though we've danced, eaten, and drank together, the truth must still be told... Our behavior today does not depict what we called ourselves, an Awo Ifa (follower of ifa).

It's either you are an awo ifa or not. There are no two ways about it. Ifa simplifies, harmonizes, and unifies. In Ifa consciousness, there is no place for feelings of hatred, disgust, or discrimination.

An awo thrives in demonstrating love, compassion, and divine wisdom to all. The vocabulary of an awo Ifa or one growing in his awareness has no place for defiling, provocative, slanderous words that spread enmity and strife.

Words are incredibly powerful. They can build up, encourage, and motivate. Words can also tear down, hurt, and cause horrible scars. Some of us are living with the scars of the hurtful words of others to us, I especially know that for a fact. Let's please take care of what comes out of our mouth and let's take care so we don't deviate from ifa's consciousness.

My friends... I want to plead with both of you not to ever allow what happened between you two today to ever repeat itself." Oracle said and Mama Silver and Aderinsola nodded in agreement, murmuring their thank you's to Oracle.

"Now about Ademide and Ayinke... I checked both of their Akosejaye (predestination) and I have good news and... Not so bad news.

"Not so bad news?" Aderinsola and Mama Silver both asked together

"Yes! It's not bad news. I don't want any of you to start panicking unnecessarily. It just requires humility from the two people involved" Oracle said smiling with assurance towards Mama Silver who nodded back in return with an 'I'm not so assured' smile on her face.

"First and foremost, the good news..." Oracle paused with a smile plastered on his face. "Would it interest you if I tell you both that Ademide and Ayinke were destined to achieve great things together?" Oracle's smile grew wilder when he saw the immediate change in Mama Silver's countenance.

"Yes! They are destined to be husband and wife even!" He announced to his friends with a flourish and his face nearly split into two because of how big his smile was. It was good and it pleased him a great deal to be able to announce some good news to his two friends for the first time in the past three days.

"It is great news indeed!"

"So we are going to be inlaws after all?"

Aderinsola and Mama Silver said to each other and rejoiced. Which friends wouldn't want to be inlaws with each other? Especially when the kids have been destined together by Eledumare himself. The news was indeed a great one

"Mama Silver was the happiest of the two friends. It's good to finally know that no death and misery are looming over her granddaughter's future. To think both of them were worried that very morning because they didn't know what the future holds for them.

The only thing left for them to do is to carry out the sacrifices and marriage rites that Ayinke's Eleda required for her to do... So Mama Silver thoughts

"This really calls for a celebration!" Aderinsola immediately got up to announced happily, before he was stopped by Oracle

"Yes it calls for a celebration indeed, but I'm not done talking ogbeni, (Mr.) so please come back here and sit down." Oracle laughingly said and Aderinsola returned to his seat laughing.

"Your grandchildren, Ademide and Ayinke..." Oracle said and paused like he was looking for the perfect words to describe the couple...

"They have this strong bond between them that I have never seen before between a man and a woman. It is like they share the same soul... Like God created one soul, split the soul into two parts and give half to each of them."

Oracle explained to the two grandparents who had a frown of concentration on their faces.

Sharing the same soul, there must have been a kind of recognition between them when they met... Did they tell you anything about the first time they met?... Is there any...

"Yes, there is..." Aderinsola didn't allow Oracle to finish what he was saying before he answered...

"Leo told me when he first laid eyes on Ayinke, it felt right to be with her... That was the exact words he used; 'It felt right!'
