Annika was already settled in, at Aurora's house. When they started talking, "Can you imagine that Amberly still allows that man whore - Jonathan, to court her." Annika said clearly annoyed.
"Is he that bad?" Aurora asked. Apart from Annika and Amberly, she knows absolutely no one else in the village. The only information or gossip she gets were from her two friends.
"He really is. Just because he's the son of the chief, it doesn't mean that he should lay with half of maidens in Aztlan." Annika spoke, looking at Aurora's confused face. "I'm afraid you won't understand, Aurora." Annika knew that she wouldn't. Just like, she has said early, Aurora is the most innocent human being that she knows. The villagers treated her as an outcast at a very tender age, banning her from ever associating and interacting with them. So, Aurora grew up without the filthy mindset of every other human.
