"Stop right there, young lady!" Eve screamed at her daughter. As she followed her outside.
"What do you want, mother?" Annika asked her mother, when she finally caught up to her.
"How dare you walk out on me like that. Have you lost your senses?" Eve asked angrily. "I have told you countless times to stop visiting that witch!"
"She's not a witch." Annika spoke.
"Because of her crazy father, this village has lost favor from the gods. It wouldn't be long before the villagers tie her up on a stake and burn her." Eve said.
"Aurora has done nothing wrong, not to you, or anyone. Instead you blame her for the misfortune that has fallen on this village." Annika said.
"You know nothing. She is cursed!" Eve stated fiercely.
