Damien closed the red damask curtains, which now shut out the fog-laden, drizzling atmosphere of Axis Mundi that morn. It was unusual, but yet the Sixth Prince could understand the usual weather because his mood corresponded with it. Zander and his Third Battalion will soon be leaving for Atasj, a hidden mountain at Shallow Plains, which he has chosen as their base for the war.
Damien leaned on the wall, as he watched the Great Impaler, who was neatly packing all the weapons and other vital things that he would be taking with him. But what amazed Damien was how Armstrong kept bringing the Lord Impaler the things that he packed.
"No, not this one. The lighter one" The Great Impaler told his war beast. The wolf went back to the huge desk, and dropped the small dagger that he clutched on his fangs. He brought another one back to his master.
"I'm very curious as to how Armstrong understands you like that." Damien said.
"Through training" Zander informed.
