"I've never thought I would be here one day..." He smiled excitedly. "To the most expensive and luxurious hotel in the world!"
Hearing those words, it silently created a smile on her precious pale face. It's not like it was the first time she heard it. Rather would say, she enjoys hearing people talked about the hotel over and over again.
She was no one special, it's what she thought. Just the sister of the head chef who works there. Everyday she greeted everyone and spend her time chatting all morning. Everyone including staffs enjoyed being around her. Her morning personality brings up joy and comfort. It became her routine as the hotel itself became her second home.
"I'm impress. It looks smaller than the Burj Khalifa but look fancier inside!" One of the regulars complimented. Zarya simply smiled. Even though it looks expensive, it was never required for a person to be rich to afford staying for a night.
The staffs welcomed everyone off all status and ages. Which was one of the reasons it was famous. But the most interesting fact about the hotel, was that it belongs to the most successful siblings in the world.
It said the siblings were orphans when it all started, growing up and raising each other, they were once known as miserable and poor. They were looked down by high status, mocked and even robbed.
One of them however, holds the biggest dream among the others. To start a job and a new life. Even though that time, the oldest was 18, while the youngest was 11, they were all minors and underaged. It was illegal for them to start a job.
But you know the hero always starts by rebelling. He started to work at least three jobs at 16. "A roof would be nice to have." He smiled one day looking at the stars. The oldest beside him listened quietly.
"I want to feel the warmth of blankets." He turned to met the other's eyes. The oldest sighed. "I'll be done in high school soon. Once I'm out, I'll find a full time job. You can go back to school without worrying about us." he said as he tucked the younger. "I'll find us a roof. You need to work hard to have a nice job."
The smaller shook his head slowly. "I don't want to wait that long. I want us happy." He said sleepily. "I'll built up my own company. After that I want to built a restaurant for you. And a hospital, and a mall..."
"Alright alright. I got you." The other chuckled. "Whatever will become tomorrow. I know you will put your family first."
Years had pass since the conversation. The poor siblings are now known to be successful. Each of them followed their own dreams and achieved. Even the youngest now, who was about to turn 17.
"Are you a waitress here?" Zarya only giggled at the question. "No I'm not. I was only here to help my brother. I can help you with anything." she responded.
The woman hummed. "Must be sad then."
"What do you mean?" Zarya asked confused.
"Your brother is in there sweating. While you're here 'helping' and expected a pay from him." She said putting down her glass.
The other stayed calm while refilling the glass. "I did not simply came here to work or expecting a pay. It is my daily routine to come here every morning. I am still a student and is illegal to work, after all." she smiled at the woman's reaction.
"Well aren't you an interesting one." She took another sip while her sharp eyes were on the girl. "So tell me, who else had you been chatting with?"
"A few businessman and woman. Rich, noble, poor, family and celebs." She answered confidently. "I see why they all like chatting with you." The woman mumbled.
"It's my specialty."
