"But you could still try it, at least today".
He shifted his gaze from the bottle of water to her and repeated,
"I hate pasta".
"But don't worry, how else would I stay fit if I eat a lot, he looked down at his shirt and looked at that of Koda".
"Tsk...."
"Skipping...." Koda who was about to come at him was interrupted.
"I never did say that skipping breakfast would keep me fit, Koda". "But I can't risk having health deviation because of you, What do you know?".
Nyla was speechless. She knows clearly that Koda and Azai got issues. Not that she can't resolve it but she makes no attempt.
"Well you've got your home, why bother come here to have your meals?".
He can't stand Koda for soo long. He stood up from his chair.
"Wait Azai, I'll order something for you. What do you want?".
"Space, someone's presence made the entire room occupied". He said this looking at Koda
"Azai...". Koda yelled his name "Koda".... Nyla called his name. She hinted for him to stop the conflict.
"Don't worry, he's got no comeback". Azai grinned making his way to the stairs to take seat on the stairs were he stood, he watched the both of them.
Using his first finger, he wiped a part of the stairs, and it wasn't dirty.
He did this to not get his Vuitton jean dirty.
"I'm sorry". Koda apologized. That was unexpected. Nyla was surprised as well.
Azai didn't expect that and he couldn't reply to him so he went upstairs to Nyla's room.
He laid on the couch beside the window with his eyes closed.
Nyla had a little argument with Koda before she decided to eat the pasta.
When she was done, she went upstairs to have a talk with Azai.
She opened the door to see him laying on the couch, she walked closer. With her mini silk black gown, she lifted his head from the couch, she sat down and placed his head on her thigh.
" I'm sorry. she apologized. Koda is annoying sometimes, you may get use to it".
Azai was still thinking how he is never this angry when he is at home with Ava.
"I hope you're not upset?".... She asked him moving her fingers through his hair. He sat upright and leaned closer to her.
"What are you doing?". she asked him leaning back on the sofa.
He had attempted to kiss her, on different days and occasionally but she is always repulsive.
He looked at her, slowly heading to her neck, there he rested his head on her shoulder. She humiliated herself asking that question.
He rested there for a while. She picked up his phone to take some pictures of them.
She looked around and saw her phone. She grabbed her phone instead which laid on the couch desk.
She took some pictures of the both of them because she couldn't resist his classic figure.
She was speechless when he and Koda had the argument downstairs because she couldn't resist looking at him, she can't.
When she was done taking pictures with her phone, for the first time she decided to take pictures of the both of them with his phone.
He was glad that she finally decided to do such a thing. She knew his password so she just opened it. She was about to take a picture when she looked at the little square in the app.
She quickly went to photos and there she saw Ava's photos in his phone.
"Who is she?".... she asked without hesitating. He was confused. Who was she referring to?. He looked at the phone and he saw Ava's photos.
"Oh my goodness", he exclaimed. "Is she?....."
"She's not...." he quickly turned down her statement. "Then who is she?".... She asked once again.
"Listen, something happened in the last days I didn't get the time to tell you". He couldn't begin to tell her how a girl walked in his house on a certain day saying they were both in a courtship.
"Is that why you did not respond to my text because you weren't feeling lonely?". He was shocked to his spine hearing her say that.
"I cannot cheat on you". He said to her, his voice and expression had changed completely.
He was deeply hurt and she regretted instantly how she reacted. He stood up from the couch.
"Where are you going.... wait!.... If she's not what I think she is then who is she?".
"She's my future wife". He despises saying that. "What!, but you're just twenty. Why would they set you up like that?, What about me?...."
"I'll try my best. This shouldn't affect our relationship". "How sure are you it wouldn't?". Nothing runs in her mind other than the fact that their relationship was on the line.
"What am I supposed to do, I have to put up with her because she's someone else's child I can't maltreat her".
Why does he care for her. Nyla thought after hearing his statement.
"I mean she got hold of my phone and took some pictures, I didn't know about that".
"When I come to you, he walked back to her staring into her soul. "You, make me happy and treat me well. Unlike before I'm not coming from a lonely or single house, I'm literally living with a female now, it's cringy".
"You both stay in the same room?". She asked hoping to hear, No!
"Yes".... She sighed heavily. He couldn't help but tell her.
When he said that, it occured to him again that he is really living with a girl. He instantly felt suffocated.
"I didn't know your family hated me this much." she sounded sad and disappointed.
"They don't matter okay, we'll get together, I'll make sure of it".
"But why didn't you answer my calls?." she was still curious, she needed an answer.
I can't tell her it's because dax was around.
Nyla doesn't like dax, to be specific animals.
"I had a conflict at home, I wasn't with my phone. When I read it, it was too late to reply, I'm sorry".
At this point he actually expected her to hug him as he presumed that they both needed it but she didn't.
"I'll have to tell Koda about this". Was that necessary. "Why?...." he quickly asked rejecting the idea.
He felt there was no reason to tell him. Why does she tell him about everything that goes on in their relationship.
"I can't keep him in the dark, he has to know".
Why do I feel like koda will make things hard for I and Nyla.... he thought within.
"I'll go home now...." He said about the get up. "Isn't it a bit too early?, stay for a few more hours".
"I haven't had breakfast". He reminded her what happened in the morning.
"Oh, that's true. I'm really sorry about the pasta". "That's Okay. I'll leave now", he took some seconds to look at her.
Before he could take further actions on her, she stood up speedily from the couch and offered, "I'll take you to the door".
They both got downstairs. He and Koda crossed eyes with each other, but both looked away quickly.
He went back home but bought some food on the way to go eat.
"Is there really a girl in his house?".... Koda asked her, shocked and confused. She had told him everything that Azai had told her.
"Yes.... she replied sadly. Wouldn't this make things harder for me. I can't exceed my limits and now with this girl I'll have to go extreme".
"You have to keep up, stop complaining. It's only a matter of time, Okay".... he said to her to keep her going.
I knew there was a female in the house, but who is she?. Koda muttered to himself.
