Searching the Skies high and low while holding onto his dragons horns Lance looked for any sign of the two men he was supposed to rescue. The mission had been set weeks ago after one of their own members had gotten in touch that a dragon was loose in this part of Alta. Since then they'd tried to find out more information, but all they had were rumors, nothing concrete.
It wouldn't be too much longer now until they would have to get involved if there was no evidence of anything happening before they got back. He couldn't wait. Lance knew these men, he'd met them at the end of a long time ago, even if he hadn't been able to speak with him then.
Now that they're finally together again… Lance's heart aches just thinking about it. And when he saw Shiro, he could see how much he missed his family as well, though he didn't say it out loud because he wouldn't put Shiro down from being worried.
