Lance stood there angry as his dragons hissed in anger at their rider. He was mad, he wasn't mad that they were attacking him though; it was the fact that Keith hadn't responded to the call he made when Shiro first told them about this dragon. His dragons had been screaming for a solid two minutes while Lance tried to convince Keith that the dragon was harmless.
They weren't safe, and now they were injured from the fight. They needed medical attention immediately. He looked away and tried to calm down. The dragons quieted but didn't leave.
When Lance finally turned back around Keith was still standing there with his eyes closed.
His brows were furrowed but not in anger or irritation. It was more like he was concentrating on something. After a few moments he opened his eyes and stared at his dragon who was still standing beside him. Slowly, a smile began to spread over his face and a soft chuckle escaped his lips. Lance knew what was coming next.
