Dragons large and wide huf fed fire f and heat to their own, creating great heat that was slowly melting the rock beneath them. This is what had drawn them there, this is why they had come to earth in the first place. The stone was too hot for them to breathe within it's crust, and yet they wanted more of it.
Their hunger drove them deeper, deeper than even a dragon's could dream, and as they began to dig into the rock around them a voice called out to them. "Huf?" It called from above. Huf looked up to see another dragon with a human form, but wings on either side and horns like theirs.
He watched as she dropped down towards him and reached up to remove his headband. "I have no use for it now." The female said to them, taking the metal band and placing it in her pack, though still carrying the dragon who wore it at her back.
