I stood there with both of my siblings staring at me and looking around them. They looked at me again then they came running hiding behind me. King Verith and Queen Lilith looked at each other then Queen Lilith asked. "Who are these two to you?" She was getting weird with them holding on to my legs. "First, why did you guys summon another being to this world, I thought the elves already? I asked her and Verith told me how that really worked. "When it's time for each Kingdom to summon their sacrifice, not in take a life but to summon a being to improve our magic and farm land. Yes this needs to happen every 200 years but its for each Kingdom in this land."
I stopped the King and I put two and two toegether, "Everyone has to summon a being every 200 years to improve or to please the gods." I said a loud and Verith asked how I know the kids at my feet. "Oh these two are my younger siblings, this kid is my Brother Brad and the girl is my sister Kenna." I said to the King and Queen as they changed their expression on their faces. "Oh my, a family reunion dear," Queen Lilith said jabbing her husband the King. I talked with the Queen and King for ten minutes as my siblings watch us. "This is where you Vanished too?" Kenna my sister asked me like she did when she first saw me.
"Yes sister, this is where I've been, A world much like ours but more like a Fantacy story from our childhood. You can use Magic and meet a ton of people from other races like these fine people who are Demons." I said to her as both of my siblings looked scared when I said demon, They began to freak out as they noticed they were surrounded. I tried my best to calm them down but it took a while, after they did calm down I took my siblings to my home. When they saw my servants they began to freak out again. "What are these things!" My brother yelled as I grabbed him and slapped his face for him to focus.
"These are Goblins and they are my servant workers for my home. You need to breath and take a few steps back to take it all in." I said looking very angry with them, my brother gave me the same look right back. "You've been gone for years then bam we get taken from our world to this one, we thought you were dead and then we find out you're living with a bunch of demons. This is a bit much for us to handle. How do you expect us to react to all this that was thrown into our faces." I could tell Brad was more scared than angry, I drew back my own anger from hearing that.
I then told him and my sister about how my last there years have really been. Both of them listened close, my sister was quiet the whole time. "For the last three years I've been here for the most part, but when I started I was in the south. I was summoned by the Elven King and from the begining it's been both easy a difficult. From training for three months with an Orc and a Tiger Beastwoman to traveling for months after that. I came to this city about four months into my journey and got a job Guarding the Princeess of this Kingdom, well one of the eldest. Just a bit ago I gotten married to that Princess and it's been wonderful."
I said telling them a short version of my life, my sister was the most suprised I got married. "You got Married, I'm truely suprised since you've been kind of a shutin back home." Kenna said making fun of me for a moment. We were in the lobby area in my Manor when Dianna came into the door. My brother and sister turned to see her, Dianna wanted to check up on me since she was there when they got summoned. My siblings looked at her with fear till she touched my face like she always did, it was gental and soft with the sweet scent of flowers. "How are they doing with the shock, mother and father a very suprised that the spell brought two people, and people you know."
Dianna said looking at my brother and sister who were glaring at her. She turned fully to them and she started laughing for a moment till she spoke to them. "My name is Dianna and I'm Jacob's wife as of three months ago. I'm sorry you were brought here, the goddess of harvest must have needed you for something." She said watching them drop their guards for a moment when they relaxed. "Better lets have them meet your head servants Leera and Spira." Dianna told me and both Brad and Kenna looked cautious about how Dianna said it that way.
"You guys should know the two people that are in charge of my servants are a female Goblin. She's a super kind person much like a sister and the other one is Spira, she's a Spiderling, A half human half spider like creature. She's a very nice person but she likes to tease new people." I told them and the seemed to be calmed from that information for a moment. Then they both saw Leera and Spira as we walked around showing my home to them. Spira was in my bath area cleaning it and Leera was putting up new dummies up a bit off in the training area. They both saw my little group and came running to us. Spira and Leera smelled the air and knew there was two more of me know. Both of them smiled as they greeted my siblings and asked, "Who are these humans sir and why do they smell like you?"
Spira said looking my sister over up and down scaring her to hell. Kenna ran over to Dianna and hid behind her. I laughed at her then I told Spira, "these are my younger siblings Kenna and Brad. The King and Queen summoned them here for the magic renewal, can you set them up a room for each other them?" Leera nodded her head then took off yelling orders. Spira stayed for a moment, she then winked at my brother then she ran off to do her work. "She's kind of pretty even for a monster creature, who knew there was people who looked like her?" Brad said to himself, Kenna noticed she was hiding behind Dianna then backed off and started a rant.
"What wrong with everyone, this is insane with all of these monsters and magic!" She started to rant more about what she would be missing from her or our old world. I waited for her to stop and she noticed I wasn't listening to her anymore. "I had to make a choice and I chose to make a whole new life for myself here. This world is different yes, but you can have a full filling life here, I know it's not fair but that's life for you." I told her and Brad agreed that life wasn't fair, Then Kenna asked me, "Is this a forever kind of summoning?" I shook my head "Yes" and then I hugged her. "I'm glad you got summoned to this Kingdom and not another one." She cried for a moment about loosing her old world but happy that she found me finally.
My Sister then asked me as she whipped her eyes dry, "Can you train us to protect ourselves?" I smiled as I agreed with helping her and my brother in teaching them. "You'll be putting you through the ringer are you ready for that?" I asked her and she smiled at me, "Can you really be that arrogent with your siblings?" She snapped back at me making both Dianna and Brad to laugh. For the next few days of training them. I showed them all I knew with tricks and short cuts on how to use magic just like the people from this world. They to me were strong enough to take care of themselves, theye even sparred with a couple Castle guards to test out their might.
Lusifer trained the Guards for the most part and when they, my Siblings won a couple sparring sessions Lusifer taught them some of his own magic. Brad took the teachings a bit to heart and learned what he could understand. Around noon today a message came in about a meeting or a gathering of all the Rulers or Kingdoms on the continent. Verith decided to send Dianna and I was to go with her to act as her right hand and her Guard. We were about to leave for the gathering when she turned and asked, "Can we have those two tag along with us? They can be our Personal Guards on this trip." I looked at my siblings and saw they wanted to go with so I let them come along. "Sure, brother, sister get in here so we can get going"
Both Brad and Kenna jumped into the carrage and we headed to the gathering. "Both of you need to behave yourselves during the gathering so stay silent for the whole thing." I told them and Dianna nudged me to settle down. "I'm sure they know to behave during royal affairs, they've been here for a month dear." Dianna said to me and my siblings agreed with her, I just smiled at them and I looked out the window.
We traveled for a couple hours till we came to this huge white castle like building. "This is where everyone from all over come to gather for times of war and times of tragedy." Dianna told me and I didn't really understand the need for Royal and Kingdoms in this world had a place like this. We got out the carriage and walked to a room filled with seats for all the leaders of every Kingdom in the land around a huge square table. "Hey Screw the round table ah brother?" Brad said to me making a joke, thought the others who heard him didn't understand his little joke.
We saw all the reps that were here were already sitting down at their spots at the table. I didn't have a seat with Dianna so I made my own from my stone magic and I sat it next to her. King Thange who was next to us laughed a bit as he said. "I thought he would send you with Dianna," He then looked at my Brother and sister who were behind us. "These two are my siblings, They are from my old world, King Verith brought them here with that summoning spell, by accident of course." I then told him a bit of what all happened and he got up and greeted them. "Hello I'm King Thange a friend of your brother, one piece of advice train hard and you'll be just fine. After all little ones you have Jacob and Dianna watching out for you."
After that, the meeting started and we found out why we were here. The leader of the table spoke first, "Today I got this letter from the land to the west of us." The guy sighed then he continued, "they are declaring war on our land and the lands to the south to expand their one giant empire." The speaker looked at me, "They are the last human Kingdom of the Ash." The guy looked angry with me but then Dianna slammed her first on the table cracking it. "Mind your look King Li, you're glaring at me husband like he's one of them." She said glaring at him and he backed down from his gaze, he went to apologize to me but I stopped him.
"No harm done sir, I'm just here as her councle and nothing else, But I do have a question?" King Li looked around then he motioned for me to ask my question. "I thought that there was no human Kingdoms left on this land? Also how many lands are there here in this world and are their more Human Kingdoms than this one?" King Li looked at me like I was stupied but stopped when someone said to him. "Sir, that Jacob Willow, he's the summoned one that the dark elves brought here to our world." He stilled looked at me confused about why I had not learned the truth. "What have you been doing this all this time, why haven't learned more about this world with being here for three years?"
He asked me, we started to get off track a bit, "We have eight lands in our world filled with over two hundred countries. Most are hard to reach on foot but we have our ways of traveling, yes this land of ours doesn't have a human Kingdom but there are many on other lands." King Li saw I was satisfied with that and we brought our focus somewhere else. "Alright we can now focus on the war that it coming up next, they're on the move so we don't have a lot of time."
We talked to eachother and eventually came up with a plan, we had to combin our forces and make a huge army. We had over 30 kingdoms in this room so this would be hard to spread them out to each squad or platoon. We also didn't know how to get people to join the fight, we all yelled at each other for a bit till Brad my brother spoke up. "Why don't we get the men and women from this land who are over eighteen and able to fight in a draft. The people of this land my not like it much but it would be fair for everyone." Everyone looked at him like her was crazy but then he told them of my worlds second great world war, how the military of that world did that to save the world. I saw people actually were listening to and even a few asked him good questions.
Like "what if we draft someone who can't fight but is able bodied?" We can train them enough to protect themselves or get them to work another job in the army. It could be healing to making weapons or heavy labor." From that everyone came up with a fair draft order for every country and sent it around the land. From the war that came knocking to the new Nayana Alliance being born that same day. We about a day or so later had over 30 Platoons of scared and excited soldiers getting ready for a fight. Dianna and I became Generals of our own seperate platoons and my siblings joined in on this fight.
Brad stayed with me and Kenna went with my wife Dianna as her right hand. On the first day we reached the first battle I didn't hide anything from our enemy. My magic captivated my men and women as I unleashed everything I had. The soldiers who were with me were of both Verith's soldiers and King Thange's men he could spare for me. 2000 of the best men and women I could get watched and joined into the first battle right along side me, some of the rest of my soldiers were from random towns and newley trained from all over the land. The battle we were at was a small Orc Village and the enemy was marching to snuff out the village's non human residents in them.
We had to stop them by any means, I saw the force ahead of us were a few, maybe a hundred people so I grabbed those I knew could fight with my direct orders. We headed down the hill just as the village was being attacked. Brad flanked them from the sides with archers and I took on the small force head on. I saw the leader among the his men and he saw me looking right at him. The enemy stopped after they saw my ears anf heard me bark orders to the Monster army.
"Are you a harotic or are you just a monster like the rest of them?" The guy asked me holding his sword out in my direction. I smirked then said back to him, "Humans are the same on every land, it's depressing. You see something different or not human and you hack at it with swords and axes." The guy looked annoyed by that comment then he responded with. "What should I call them, they enslave their own humans and killed only the amount god knows." The guy lowered his head and charged at me with everything he had. When he got about a couple feet from me Brad shot him with an Arrow from a roof top.
Then Brad's men let loose with their arrows killing some of the men who where close. The leader who was still clinging to life heard my last words to him. "I call most of my soldiers friends, it doesn't matter what happened to the past. It's today and tomorrow is what matters," I got up then I clashed with a couple of his men taking out who I could. After ten minutes of Killing and cutting down all the human enemies infornt of me. I came to the last man in the and I cut him down but he didn't die right away. Begging for his life the man said, "please don't kill me, I'll do what ever you'll tell me just don't kill me dark knight!" He was grabbing on to my clothes when he was begging, I picked him up then I cried a bit as I stabbed my sword through his heart.
Blood hit my face and he body laid limp on the ground. The man was at my feet as I stepped away from it and Brad came up to me. "Brother are you ok killing another human like that?" He asked me and I just whipped my face clean of the guys blood when I said. "Our job is to save our people and clear the enemy from our lands." I put my sword away and I headed back to camp with the injured personnel. The Orcs of the village cheered for us we left but I remained quiet when I got back to camp. When I sat down at camp, a messanger came to hand me a letter from the lines. It was orders to take towns back from the enemy that took over each location.
This was to be our marching orders till we reached Tilla's and Dianna's Platoons for one large battle with the actual leader of the enemy. So tha's what we did for about a month's worth of fighting till we took back seven town and cities back. From town to town we took back more and more men and women came with us as we left a few of my own men to protect each location. My platoon lost some then gained four times what we had orignally. I almost had a small army with all the towns people that joined me in this battles.
When it came to our rendezvous with Dianna and Tilla we met them as they were waiting for us. I left my soldiers and searched out Dianna who I had not seen in a long time. I found her talking with Tilla and Lolita who was Tilla's second in command. As they were talking about the coming battle they stopped talking when the wind shifted. Tilla sniffed the air and then she turned into my direction. "I thought I smelled you Jacob, my friend when did you get into camp?" She asked me and I watch Dianna turn in my direction too, she saw I was getting really close to her. "Jacob, my dear, you took your time getting here. It's been too long since I've seen your face," Dianna said touching my face. I grabbed her and kissed her then hugged her tightly.
Tilla and Lolita coughed a bit for us to see half the camp was watching us. That half were either laughing or just stared at us. " It's good to see everyone, is everyone ok?" I asked everyone breaking the awkwardness for a moment. We went over the plan for an hour till dark began to set in. I was told that for tonight that I could sleep in the same tent as Dianna, So I did." As we laid there looking out at the bright yellow fire pit when Dianna asked me. "I was told you've been doing very well as a soldier and a leader despite having to face the humans. Are you ok with all of this killing and war?" I laid there for a moment then I said finally. "No, I see myself when I take a life, their faces turn into mine which each.." Dianna looked sad but she understood my feelings behind it then added.
"I loose a piece of myself when I kill but it's ok since I'm protecting the ones I love." I turned to her and she looked at me like I was crazy for saying the last part. "I can't live without you my dear Dianna, now goodnight." I said when I finally passed out from staying up for a couple days. The next morning was the day of the huge battle, I knew that I might lose a bunch of my soldiers. So in secret I had been holding back in our previous battles to collect or save a huge amount of MP. This was for one massive spell I didn't want to use in this war unless I needed to. I called this spell Death's Hand, it can destroy everything with a fiery explosion at what I was aiming at. The reason I had not used it was because I had no way of controlling what it destroyed.
As the fighting started hours later, I saw what weapons they had to fight us with. They had giants, and they were made of stone and being controled by something. They kept our archers and took out half of Tilla's forces with one swipe of their hands. I watched how everyone was struggling with these monsters for a moment then I called all of our forces back when I saw the enemy charging up for a huge magic attack. I jumped up into the air and yelled, "Retreat!" Then in that moment I saw the enemy unlease their attack at us. I jumped infront of everyone and unleased my ultimate spell at them to protect our forces.
The amount of energy coming from me and out of my hands scared both the enemy and my own allies. I had my allies behind me and a wall of fire roaring towards the enemy taking out everyone who were in the path of my hands. You could hear the screams of the enemy as they roasted alive from the fire. It was dishearting as I left no one of the opposing force standing. I stopped the spell then the heard nothing but the remaining flames burning away the bodies and trees on the field. The sound scared me a bit because the screams stopped, then after our soldiers saw the battle was over the began to cheer.
Dianna looked at my brother then he said, "they cheer but what did that spell cost for him?" He was not looking at the burning field but at me. Dianna wondered what he meant by that but then remembered what I said the night before. "Indeed what did he lose with casting that massive spell?"
