Jason noticed Claire was about to fall, he rushed towards Claire and hold her tightly, his arm was around her waist holding her firmly, their faces were close to each other as he held her, Jason has an amused look on his face as he saw she has her eyes closed tightly.
"You can open your eyes now." Jason whispered in her ears, he was aware that everyone was staring at them, but he didn't care, he was quite enjoying holding her.
Claire opened her eyes and was shocked to see Jason so close to her, he was staring at her which was making her feel nervous. She cleared her throat and said, "You can leave me now." As she balanced herself.
She knew all the girls would be cursing her for being so close to Jason, and Sarah would surely be planning her murder.
"Are you okay Claire?" Jasmine asked worriedly, she had tears in her eyes, "I'm fine J, relax!" Claire mumbled, Jason was staring at Claire he could see she was still shaking a bit, Claire thanked Jason and went to her room with Jasmine.
Claire changed her clothes, she changed into her pajamas and lied down on the bed, "I thought, this is the last day on earth." Claire blurted out, earning a slap from Jasmine who was sitting beside her.
"Don't say such things!" She snapped at Claire, making her nod.
"Thanks to Jason you're fine." Jasmine said, "Yeah, otherwise I don't know what would have happened."
Claire told her everything that happened about Jason and Jake, Jasmine was listening carefully then she said, "Jake is being weird!"
"You're right, should we talk to him?" Claire suggested, "I don't think so that will work, but I think you should stay away from him for a while." Claire nodded her head agreeing with Jasmine. "But at least we should talk to him once."
Jasmine didn't say anything, she wasn't sure about the idea to talk to Jake, she knew he liked Claire but if he told her that, it would create problems for all of them, including Jason.
On the other side, the party was still going on Jason was tired of attending all the people, so he informed Phil that he has something to take care of and left from there. He was bored and even Grandma didn't attend the party so there was no use to stay there.
He went to his company and was waiting for Austin, he still couldn't stop thinking about Claire, and that made him feel a bit irritated, the way he held her, and her scared face made him smile, "What makes you smile like that?" Austin questioned, as he entered his cabin.
Jason composed himself and said, "A plan!"
"Huh, plan for what?" Austin was confused, "As you Know Jake likes Claire," Austin nodded his head, "How about we use this to get some evidence from the Williams?"
"How will that help? And are you planning to use Claire for your benefit?" Austin wasn't pleased with Jason's words, "Well, she is here for her benefit so why can't we do that too!"
"What are you saying Jason, please be clear."
"As you know Claire is from a rich family, so I thought maybe she liked me, but since the day she has come here, she didn't even try to talk to me or be close with m-"
"Are you disappointed by that?" Austin teased, making Jason roll his eyes, "So, when I met Jake, his words made me realize that maybe she didn't' like me so I asked Phil to find out about Claire,"
"You know what he found!" Jason said, "What? Austin asked curiously, "She is here for money, she has been on short of money for quite some time, so she is using this opportunity to make money!" Jason snapped.
Austin was shocked to hear that, "But her father is quite rich!"
Jason was lost in his thoughts, when Phil told him all this, he was shocked, he didn't expect something like this, "And do you remember we went to a party and a girl threw water on me!"
"Don't tell me it was Claire!" Austin said, making Jason nod, "What!" Austin shouted, he was shocked, "God, she is surely something, she wasn't even scared of you and participated in the contest."
Jason recalled how she was trying to hide her face from him, on the first day, "But you can get help from Sarah also right?" Austin asked, "I can but she is not trustworthy at all." Jason told him, making Austin laugh.
"So, tell me about your plan?" He asked, "There is no plan for now," Jason smirked thinking about something, "Don't you lie Jason! I want to be a part of your plan." Austin begged, "You are always a part of the plan Austin." Jason said rolling his eyes at Ausitn's drama.
"What are you going to do?' Austin asked in all seriousness, "We will let Claire be in the contest."
"How will that help us?" Austin asked, "Just wait and watch." Jason smirked.
"And you will get to see Jasmine a lot." Jason said, making Austin shock to hear that,
"W-What Jasmine, what are you saying." Austin stuttered, he looked nervous which shocked Jason, he has never seen Austin like this, "Don't think that I didn't notice your behavior around her." Jason said.
"There's nothing like that!" Austin told him, "Really! Then why are you blushing?" Jason smirked, pointing his finger to Austin's ears that are completely red now, "God, why are you doing this!" Austin snapped.
Jason chuckled, he was enjoying Austin's flustered face, "But....I don't think Jasmine is even interested in you." Jason teased, making Austin groan, "Why are you doing this?"
"Just focus on Claire!" Austin told him, "Don't worry about her, I will take care of that." Jason said, as he got a call, making his grit his teeth in anger, Austin noticed it and asked, "Who is it?"
"John Williams."
