2 weeks later
The last two weeks had been nothing but the best weeks anyone like Chloe could have wished to spend her days while sick besides the days when she was in a lot of pain ,but she still and the best company. Leonard would always be willing to pass by a restaurant to get her something and sneak in food for her since she wasn't a big fan of hospital food. Claire was able to come and check up on her but Chloe didn't want to since she was now getting closer to her due date.
Even though she had to limb while walking she was still gratefull for the fact that she could still walk despite the limbing.
For Leonard, it was hard to deny that something had happened between the two of them. From the moment Leonard had to get Luke out of the room he couldn't help but have to check her room every now and then but it was not that alone. It wasn't about keeping her safe but a little bit of fear had begun to creep to the surface. A lot of what if's had begun running up and down his mind. Deep down he wanted to protect her because he had seen parts of her that are delicates as they knew eachother. He knew that he didn't just stay a couple of more hours after knocking of work for nothing there was something that made him do that.
What if she forgave her and then he would loose her for good?
What if she still loved her and could still go back to him?
What would happen after that. Would it just be the end of everything they had while she was still here. He couldn't help it but kept on wondering the amount of happiness he would get if she was permanantly in his life but more than anything, nothing made him happier and eager to continue with this was the way he felt about himself whenever he was around her. It could never be compared to anything he was familiar with.

Seated at the side of the bed with my feet hanging including the one with a cast I was ready to leave this place. Katy was completing the paper work while I was still seated here. Deep down I knew that I wanted to see leonard but couldn't. I don't know where he disappeared to but if he was the one who made the discharge papers then he must know that I'll leave by now.
I waited up until Katy came back with Amber, the nurse that had been taking care of me all along.
"Dr Leonard sent this for you just incase the operation took long." She gave a paper to me that looked just like the prescription paper but folded twice.
"oh" I took the small paper and shoved it in the front pocket of my pants and smiled at her. Katy and I saw our way out of the hospital. Even though there was a valid raeson for his absence a little bit of me was still sad that I still couldn't see him.
After getting in the car Katy played some music in the background and I took the small paper out of the pocket out of curiosity.
At the top of the paper was written LOVE PRESCRIPTION in bold letters. I remembered the time when we were at the bar when he said he was a doctor and could heal my heart and smiled a little but continued with reading it.

I shoved the small paper in my pocket while a small smile creeped on my face. I could tell that Katy was stealing a few glances on the side.
"So are you going to call him."
"When did you get the time to read my paper cause you're driving. Are you planning on killing us."
"Hey I couldn't help it ."
"I'll think about it."
"You know preety well there nothing to think about the two of you are a match ."
"Say's who? The last time I checked you were an accountant , Do you specialise in love now?"
"Come one you know that love has always been my thing. I can spot if from a mile away and I know what I saw the other day. You can't fool me." She cracked up.
