Chapter 13 - HIS NEW INTEREST

Run Ni Tama and Agememnom are seen training in the yard. Clashing of swords are heard. And chuckles from both boys are heard. "If you both keep on laughing. We would never be able to win any war". Their sword master spoke up. "My apologies master, but I can't help because of Agememnom's mischief". Run Ni Tama spoke with courtesy. If one had not seen the prince, he would be mistaken to be him. His look was explained through decency. And of course, he is eighteen. So he appeared more mature than prince Agememnom.

Prince Agememnom on the other hand had mischief written all over him. Whenever he passed every maid servants and male servants, they become more careful with whatever they were doing. His sense of maturity wasn't complete as he still had a hint of childishness in it. That actually isn't his fault, cause he was just going to be sixteen next month.

Both handsomeness were inexcusable seen. And they both had different personality traits that complimented it. Seeing both from a distance one has a high tendency of falling for Agememnom, because he knew how to make people fall for him. He knew he was handsome and he used to his advantage.

He loved they way the maid servants swoon over his looks. And the male servants struggled not to get jealous of him.

"Of what mischief have I caused now Run Ni?". Agememnom asked with sarcasm. "There is no point of proving you've caused another mischief, cause you are known to be causing all mischiefs in this palace". Run Ni Tama pointed.

"My prince, mischief should be dropped with this age. As you are about to move to the next age". Their sword master spoke.

"You don't have to remind me that I'm not growing any younger. And that next month I will increase with a year". Agememnom said and suddenly had a confused expression.

"Why do you have such an expression on your face? Didn't your mischief work out?". Run Ni Tama asked.

"Do I have to grow, Run Ni? Do I really have to?". Agememnom asked almost teary.

"I've never seen anyone fear growing up like you. You are just going to be sixteen. I'm eighteen. If you are about to hit the years of eighteen in this earth how would you react?".

"I guess you boys have decided to call it a day. I would be taking my leave now". Their sword master said and both courtesied.

Agememnom and Run Ni Tama left the yard for Agememnom's room.

Agememnom was known to be the talker amongst both of them, but as they walked to his room he became quiet.

"Thinking of another mischief?". Run Ni Tama asked taking notice of his quietness, but that was not enough to snap him out of thought. He had spaced out.

Run Ni Tama pushed his head and he awoke into the present. "What is consuming your head? You know you're still young. Wait till you climb your father's throne". Run Ni Tama spoke to annoy him, but he noticed he didn't show any sign of annoyance. Even in the slightest way.

"Run Ni, could you try to picture how the girl who pinned me look now?". Agememnom asked in curiosity. "I know she will be no different from how she looked then". Run Ni Tama replied nonchalantly.

"What about the scar on her face? Will still appear there?". Agememnom asked to only confirm in the negative. " No. Besides she is a lady. She would have something she applies on her face to heal" Run Ni Tama replied in the negative.

Agememnom appeared worried. "What is going on? What has placed that expression on your face?". Run Ni Tama asked in curiosity. "I really want to deal with that girl". Agememnom answered in a vengeful tone.

"You are about to enter a new year. So keep vengeance away". Run Ni Tama reminded. "Thank you so much for the reminder Run Ni". Agememnom said and twisted the knob of his room door. Run Ni Tama walked in after Agememnom entered with a laughter of mockery.

"But it actually isn't a lie. It is the real truth. Accept it". Run Ni Tama continued to taunt Agememnom as he walked about. Trying to keep his distance.

Run Ni Tama didn't give he kept on saying it to Agememnom till an intrusion caused by a knock on the door.

"What is it?". Agememnom asked. "His majesty has sent some clothes for you and Sir Run Ni Tama. And demands your presence". A maid spoke from the other end of the door.

"You may come in and drop the clothes". Agememnom said. And the maid twisted the knob of the door then walked in.

Only to be met by two upper naked bodies. She immediately turned red. It was the bodies of Run Ni Tama and Agememnom.

Facially, no one would think Run Ni Tama would appear this hot, because he had a calm appearance, but no one would think otherwise of Agememnom. As he was know to make ladies drool over him and men envious of him. He was sure to go to any extent.

Run Ni Tama noticed how red she appeared with her head bowed. And he turned around. "Agememnom you should do the same". He said. "No I love this". Agememnom said with a sinister smile.

"Where shall I drop them my prince?". She asked fidgeting with her head still bowed.

"Drop them on my bed". He said and gestured. Run Ni Tama sighed at Agememnom's patheticness.

She went ahead and did so. Then rushed out. Then rushed out. And Agememnom burst out in laughter at her act.

"What do you gain from their act?". Run Ni Tama turned to ask. "It shows my hardwork really paid off. Let's dress". Agememnom replied.

They walked out of the room emitting confidence. And strolled to the dinning hall.

"You should warn your son. He always daunts the servants in this place with his looks". King Anawmim said to his wife. "You know that Agememnom loves that. And besides you can't dispute the fact that he is handsome". The queen said.

"Just like father is". Agememnom said as he walked in. To announce his presence. Run Ni Tama walked beside him. His calmness stole the heart of people and Agememnom's flirtatious nature stole hearts.

He pulled out his chair and Run Ni Tama did so. "Father if I don't show it off. People would think I'm not your child". He convinced.

A maid came forward to serve Agememnom and Run Ni Tama. In a way not to make it known. She eyed Agememnom and he didn't think twice to flirt with her. As it was his hobby.

"We haven't finished on speaking on his flirtatious nature. Here he is showing that he's ignorant". Anawmim spoke with disgust.

Deep down he wondered what kind of a king he would become in the nearest future.

"Okay fine. I won't flirt with anyone till I turn of the age of sixteen by next month". He said with disgust. He couldn't imagine himself growing.

It just didn't fit him. "You had better". Anawmim said. "I won't if they don't give me the go ahead". He said with a smirk at the end of his lip.

The king stared at him unbelievably. And stared at Run Ni Tama. "Why don't you teach your friend a little about courtesy?". He asked Run Ni Tama.

Run Ni Tama put a pieces of meat in his mouth, chewed then swallowed.

"Courtesy isn't the case here". He replied while still staring at his plate. "As it is a way of life of Prince Agememnom". He said then looked up. "Till he finds his perfect match, he will continue to act this way". He ended.

"Anyway, I had called both of you here because I wanted to brainstorm on how to celebrate his turn of age". The king brought to the table real matter of discussion. Agememnom's face turned sour at this. He didn't want to be reminded in anyway of his growth.

"Let's make it a big celebration. Where we met daughters of generals and captains to pick a wife for him". The queen insinuated. "I don't plan on getting married any time soon mother". He said as he stared at her stoically.

"At least you get to met new ladies then you can flirt with, right". Run Ni Tama asked with a hint of mockery.

Agememnom gave him the same look that he gave his mother then laughed sarcastically. "It's my turn of age and I don't want any celebration where I'll get to met new ladies that are after becoming queen". He said as he got up and direct their attention to another matter, but to no avail

"You will be celebrating. And that too a big celebration where you meet ladies". The king said and Agememnom swallowed in his pain and sat back angrily.

"You're not getting any younger, Agememnom. So this is the best choice for you". His mother held his hand comfortingly.

"If any of them gets your attention. Don't hesitate to tell me". His mother said and he smirked.

"If anyone of the ladies gets my attention. I'll make it known to the crowd that day. That I want to wed her". He said and got up pulling Run Ni Tama with him out. "I'm not done with my launch". Run Ni Tama said. "The maids can serve you anything another time just follow me.

Run Ni Tama left the room sadly as he didn't finish up his meal.

Silence swept moved to and fro with Agememnom as he paced to and fro in his room. Run Ni Tama watched him while lying on his bed.

"Do you wish to talk or you want to pace more?". Run Ni Tama asked as he sat down. "Is she going to come?". Agememnom asked. "Who is the she?". Run Ni Tama asked in confusion with an eyebrow lifted.

"The girl with the mark on her cheek". Agememnom pointed. "Ohhhhh, you mean Elixia". Agememnom nodded at his reply. "Well, she might". Run Ni Tama said nonchalantly and fell back on the bed. "Why does she bother you this much?". Run Ni Tama asked. "I can't help it. Looks like my revenge has gotten hold of me". Agememnom said.

"I don't think so. I think she's your new interest". Run Ni Tama pointed. "But her memory will wear off when you see new beauties". Run Ni Tama said.
