As he was walking toward his target base, Heracles said to himself, "Now, it is time for me to deal with the entire base! I need to find my chance to ambush them like this! After all, I can't deal with them all by myself without using these methods!"
He discreetly went to the spot he was hiding earlier to listen to the enemy base. 'Let's wait for them to send for another squad! They would certainly send more if the squad I finished off won't return to their side,' Heracles thought to himself as he was observing them.
He waited for two hours until the enemy platoon leader gather up everyone. "The Rose Squad is not yet reporting to me! Is there anyone here that talked to them in the past two hours?" asked the lady platoon leader.
The ladies talked among themselves upon hearing their leader's question. No one answered her question directly, so the face of the platoon leader suddenly became worried. "It seems like they faced a certain problem. I will send a two squads to check on them before going myself! Who wants to volunteer!?" asked the enemy platoon leader.
At that very moment, two women suddenly stepped up upon hearing the platoon leader's question. One of them stated, "We, the Lily Squad, will follow your command, Platoon Leader!"
At the next instance, the other lady said without any hesitation, "The Tulip Squad will do as you command, Platoon Leader!"
The platoon's leader has suddenly gotten better upon hearing their response. "Very well! Start your preparation at once! I will give you three hours to return! If you don't return by that time, I will go there by myself as I lead the platoon!" said the platoon leader with great vigor.
"We will depart at once, Platoon leader!" said the two squad leaders before leading their own squads to uphold the command given to them.
'It's a good thing that my Inferno Blaze finished its cooldown period. I better go to the usual spot at once! I must kill them as soon as I could to prepare for my battle against the platoon leader!' Heracles thought to himself before discreetly going to his ambush spot.
He did exactly as he did before when the two squads were on his ambush side. Heracles' Inferno Blaze skill killed everyone in the two squad except the two squad leaders. Before they could react, Heracles killed one of the squad leader using his Sleeping Dragon Slash skill.
"How dare you kill the Lily Squad Leader!? Who the fuck are you!? Are you the reason why the platoon below is not reporting to us!?" the remaining squad leader inquired to Heracles.
"I have no reason to answer to someone who's about to die!" Heracles said as he charged toward the remaining squad leader.
The squad leader was currently in pain because Heracles melted the armor that she was wearing using his Epic-tier skill. She was forced to fight him with that pain which ultimately hold her down. This resulted in her inevitable death at the hands of Heracles.
"Now, I have two hours and a half before the platoon leader makes her move! I can only hope that she would not bring a lot if squad to go with her! It would make my sub-quest a lot easier than before!" Heracles murmured to himself as he was cleaning his Heavy Silver sword.
He immediately went back to his hiding point, with no one finding him out. He immediately began gathering intel as soon as he was comfortable in his spot. 'My Inferno Blaze will finish its cooldown in an hour! Let's see how many squads she will bring with her before I start my preparation!' Heracles thought to himself as he was observing the enemy base with great focus.
Before he knew it, three hours have passed away for ever since the two squads went away. This made the platoon leader more anxious than before, so she gathered up her platoon without any delay.
"It seems like the squads that we sent faced an enemy stronger than they are! It could be that the lowest platoon has rebelled against the Triton Organization, or they got defeated by the same people who made our squad not return for a long time now! Therefore, I will lead an attack force myself to see the situation!" the platoon leader said with a serious expression.
She continued, "I will need three squads! Volunteer now! We must depart as soon as possible!" Upon hearing her, the squad leaders began stepping up one by one.
"We, the Orchid, will follow the Platoon Leader's lead!"
"The Iris Squad is at your command as well, Platoon Leader!"
"Jasmine Squad will help the Platoon Leader too!"
"The remaining two squad will stay here to protect the base! If we don't return in five hours, report this to the upper base without hesitation! Now, everyone! Prepare for battle at once! I want everyone to finish their preparation at half an hour!" said the platoon leader without any hesitation.
"We will do as the Platoon leader commanded!" shouted all the ladies in the gathering.
'I will attack the remaining two squads two dozens of minutes after they depart! I will make sure that they wouldn't be able to get reinforcement before I make my moves!' Heracles thought to himself with a calm demeanor.
As they planned, the enemy platoon leader led the three squads the minute their preparations had finished. "Let's embark once and for all! Let us see what happened to our own comrades!" said the platoon leader before leaving with the three squads.
'Now, I just need to wait for some time to avoid reinforcement! They might ask their Platoon Leader if I start prematurely!' Heracles thought to himself as he was watching everything from the sidelines.
"Do you think the Platoon Leader can fight against those who defeated two squads with just three?"
"The platoon leader is one of the strongest people in the organization! I doubt anybody could defeat her!"
Before Heracles knew it, half an hour had passed away.
'Now, it is time to show these people some lesson!'
