Chereads / Love Contract With Mafia / Chapter 2 - Yes, I do

Chapter 2 - Yes, I do

"Mr. Dave... The mafia led by Roman Adiffer is rioting in the harbor!"

Dave's body, which was pondering, immediately became active when he heard the words of a panting subordinate approach him. His body twisted, staring intently and intimidatingly at the news brought by his men. His hands are directed plaque...

Brugh...

The body fell to the ground, crashing to the floor from the slap.

''Can't you guys finish it?! Should you report to us?! Destroy them, kill them! It's not a difficult thing for you guys, right?!'' His snap was sharp, making the man's body inch backward.

Just as he was about to flee, Hafens was already standing on the last steps of the stairs. His face looked very serious, also sharp, and arrogant.

"Master…. Is there anything you need?"

Brak!

A 1911 Colt was flung to the floor, sending the two men staring at each other.

"Kill them with that weapon. Bring it back to me after you can kill as many of the men of the Mafia that crazy."

His men got up and took the weapon with trembling hands. He looked at Hafens, who was already nodding. His face commanded once more, with an undeniably haughty look.

"I'm getting married today. Otherwise, I'll be the one who beheads the leader." Hafens said again, motioning the hand he put in his pocket. "I have to finish this tomorrow. I will meet you guys to see how the company is doing, which I've been ignoring for a week. I hope you satisfy me with the head of the leader as well as the corpses of the troops."

The man nodded with a shake of fear as well as joy. The two young men in front of him seemed to give him firmness and promotion, thus giving him this critical task. Now there is a Colt 1911 weapon in his hand, his hand intending to destroy the enemy.

''Go.''

He spun the weapon in his palm and tucked it behind his waist. He looked down for a moment, then turned and left. Hafens and Dave looked at his back with equally flat and expressionless gazes.

"Everything is done, Mr. Hafens."

Hafens looked at the three maidservants who made Christa his bride.

"The marriage registrar has also been prepared in the room, with Miss Christa sitting on the chair.

Hafens sighed slowly, then turned around.

***

Christa tried to hold back the tears and tightness of her chest. Albene Adixon, it was indeed her father, the man who had raised her since childhood. However, she is also asking her men to investigate her father. Was it true that his proud man had killed Hafens' father and mother?

Everything seemed odd to her, but there was no denying the facts. Her father might have killed Hafens' father and mother while he knew nothing.

He felt someone sitting next to her, making Christa's gaze, initially looking at the cellphone, directly directed at his. The man going to marry her was already sitting in his arrogant style. He was only wearing a jacket, not caring about anything.

"Start." His flat and commanding voice sounded, causing the marriage registrar to nod.

''Wait a minute.''

Hafens moved his head and looked at Christa, who had raised her voice and shifted her body in front of Hafen, who was on his side.

Ting!

Christa stared at her phone, reading the message with a heavy sigh.

''What else do you need?! Proposal?''

Christa looked at Hafen's face, which looked flat and curt.

"No," she answered. ''There is something I want to ask. Where did you or your men find the bodies of your mother and father?"

Happens' face reddened at the question. "The outskirts of the Delvira forest, the furthest from this Brack's Clan. Why?''

Christa sighed, read the message, and turned off her cell phone.

''Is there anything else you want to ask?'' he asked with a slightly cruel face.

"Hmm." Christa smiled. More precisely, she was forced to do it to make her heart less hurt. "No, later after the wedding."

Hafens face snorted haughtily, staring at her with a look of intimidation. Christa looked at him with a look in her eyes that radiated the opposite. He started gently, though it was difficult to break through the strong defense in the sharp eyes of a Hafens Barack.

"What's wrong?" he asked with raised eyebrows. ''Why are you looking at me?''

Hafens snorted at him. "Don't ask too many questions, Christa. You're not my real wife. As long as it's not something related to our contract, I won't answer or comply with it."

Christa shook her head. "You can't do that," she said with a sigh. ''I'm still going to ask and talk. You can't just keep quiet, can you? I'm sure you'll talk."

Hafens chuckled, looking at Christa's smiling face again.

"I didn't expect to have a sweet marriage with you, Hafens. However, there's no way I will get married to what you want. There's no way we can't communicate. If you only communicate with your enemy, how about not with me?"

''Tsk! I don't want to talk to you. You are a murderous child!"

Shocked, Christa's chest felt torn at those words. As much as possible, she eased her hurt feelings. With the most vigorous possible facial gesture, she corrected it for the better. However, she couldn't show her weak side by crying in front of Hafens Barack, the ruthless light-handed Mafia of the Bracks Clan.

Christa had to keep trying to understand her, who had seen the death of his mother and father.

The room was quiet, and the marriage registrar wrote something for their wedding. There was a knock on the door, so Hafens, sitting in his place, cleared his throat.

"Just come in, Dave."

Christa blinked, looking towards the door to see who the man called Dave was. The sound of the door opening was heard, along with the appearance of a body from there.

"Sit down, and you will witness my marriage."

Dave nodded, his head lowered for a moment, and walked until he arrived beside his master. Christa looked at it for a moment, wondering if this man could be his place to talk. Oh, I don't think so. His face was too arrogant and cold, not much different from his master.

''What do you see?''

Christa blinked, awakened from her gaze on Dave's body and face. Tsk, she hasn't even had time even to say how detailed his body is. Agh, because he majored as a living creature researcher, she desperately wanted to show what a person looks like.

And, yes... She hasn't even learned what Hafens' face looks like.

''We start now.''

Christa gasped again, then raised her head which she had previously bowed down. He saw Hafens, who looked severe, saying sacred vows beside him with a flat face that made anyone suffocate to hear her words.

His cold face masked his good looks. Christa then sighed, preparing to be the wife of a Hafens Barack, the cruelest monster in the world.

"Miss Christa Felisha Adixon, would you be willing to become the wife of Mr. Hafens Barack without any threats and coercion beforehand?"

Christa held her breath, with Hafens staring into the face of the woman he would soon become his wife. Christa swallowed hard, with her slender index finger brushing under her nose.

Hafens' gaze darkened even more at his behavior, with her hand slowly spreading but holding back again.

''Miss Christa Felisha Adixon, did you hear what I said?''

Christa took a deep breath, then tried to hold back the tightness.

''Yes, I do....''
