Angel's POV
When we got to school, I found a free spot and parked my car there. We were a bit late so the parking lot was empty. We quickly got out of the car and ran down to class. When we got to class we were reprimanded by the teacher but she had mercy on us mostly because of my status in the pack. Everybody knew about Jason and I, so alot of the pack members already regard me as their Luna even though I have not been crowned yet. They respected me which can be overwhelming sometimes. I tried hiding mine and Jason's relationship but it's kind of hard hiding that kind of relationship because of his title. I love Jason a lot but the circumstances is annoying and hindering a lot right now.
Rory and I took out seats quickly with the rest of the gang after thanking the teacher. We got out our stuff and started taking notes. I felt Jace move my chair closer to him which made me smile as I threw him a quick glance only to see him smirking at me. I turned my attention back to the class. I felt Jason lean closer to me with his mouth next to my ear.
"You look really gorgeous babygirl" he whispered with made my breath hitch. I froze for a moment before regaining myself.
"Thank you Alpha" I said in a sultry voice which made him growl lowly but the people around still heard but choose to ignore which was smart choice.
"Don't start what you cannot finish baby" he said as he placed his hand on my inner thigh which made me close my legs shut trapping his hand in between.
"Who said I couldn't finish" I said glancing at him while biting my lip.
"Fuck baby. Don't do that. Please" he said looking like he was in made but I know what the problem was and it brought a smug smile to my face.
"Now let me focus please" I said directly my attention towards the teacher in front of the class.
"Fine but this isn't over yet" he said which made me laugh quietly. I took down more notes but was constantly disturbed and distracted by the rest of the gang, they were extremely disturbing. They bugged me throughout the entire class. The derived pleasure in annoying and the worst part was that the teacher didn't even catch them at all.
When lunchtime finally came, I couldn't be more happy. I was so hungry. Thankfully, Aiden and Rory had gone to get us food while the test of us waited for them in the cafeteria. Mason and Jason were discussing pack matters while Andy and I were on our phones occasionally talking and showing ourselves stuff we came across while going through our phones.
"Guys, I was thinking maybe we could go to the beach this weekend. The weather had been really nice this period" I said as I leaned on Jace while putting my phone down temporarily.
"Oh yeah, I have been meaning to say that for sometime bow but I keep forgetting. I really want to go to the beach. Mama needs a tan" Andy said tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.
"I don't know. My schedule is really tight this period" Jason said with a sorry face on.
"Nope. I'm not going to take that. Clear up your schedule for Saturday. I want to go to the beach" I said in a finalizing tone.
"Fine. As you wish, Angel" Jace said in a defeated. Which made me smile slightly as I placed a kiss on his cheek.
"Thank you baby" I said softly.
"I guess we are going to the beach then" Mason said which made Andy clap her hand in glee.
Few minutes later, Rory and Aiden walked into the cafeteria with our food in hand. When they got to our table, they dropped the food on the table before taking their seats and everyone quickly dug in. Taking what they order. I gave Jason his food as well before taking my own food and sitting down. I started eating almost immediately.
"Oh, by the way, we are going tp the beach this weekend" I announced to Rory and Aiden before going back to stuffing my face with burgers.
"Yayy. That's awesome. I can't wait" Rory exclaimed which made Aiden look her with pure love his eyes.
When lunchtime was ove, we went about the rest of our day. School wasn't so bad today. It was bearable to honest. After school, Rory invited the rest of the gang to our house for an hangout which I was totally in support of. So we all went to our place, I actually think this is their first time to honest but anyhow we picked up some food on our way because we hungry.
When we got back to our place, we went inside. While they got comfortable, Andy, Rory and I went upstairs and changed into something more comfortable. Then we went back downstairs and joined the guys. They had already picked out a movie. We quickly got settled as the movie started. I picked up the to-go bag and started handing everyone their food before I took my seat next to Jace with our food in hand.
"You look hot in these shorts. I like" Jason whispered in my ear which made me giggle quickly.
"You're too much of a sweet talker" I said as I brought a burger to his lips for him to take a bite. I decided we were going to share because I wanted to eat from his food as well.
"I can't help it but as much as look hot with it on. You would definitely look better with it off" he said before taking a bite from the big mac burger and turning to the movie like he didn't just say that while I was left a bit flushed and breathless. I quickly composed myself before taking a bite myself. When the burger was done, I picked up the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and started eating that one while sharing with Jace. We ate the fries and nuggets in between before we went on to eat the sausage biscuit with eggs. I popped open the Pepsi, brought it to my lips and look a large gulp before giving it to Jason and he chugged on it. By the time, he handed it back to me there was barely anything left which made me pout while he laughed at my expression but thankfully I brought an extra. I dropped it on the table and started eating again.
By the time, the movie was over it was 5pm and the guys needed to go back to the pack house like it or not they had duties to carry out. Andy decided to spend the night here which I was excited about. We saw them to the car and watch them drive off before we went back inside.
"Who is ready for a girl's night" Rory said loudly which made us laugh
"We are" Andy and I said in unison as we entered the house. I shut the door behind before following them back to the living room. Because this girl's night wasn't planned we didn't plan what to do so we were just going to wing it.
"I was thinking maybe we should cook ourselves for dinner instead of takeouts. Even make desserts as well" I said as I took a seat on the couch with the girls.
"That is a great idea. What do we have for dinner so we can go grocery shopping before it gets dark outside" Andy said popping a leg on the couch with her phone in hand.
"No idea. What about you Angel, any ideas" Rory asked and I shook my head. I had idea what we should have for dinner.
"Okay, how about we go online. Look for anything appetizing and looks really delicious and we take a vote or something" Rory suggested.
"That is not a bad idea" I said as I got up, grabbed my phone from the center table and took my seat again. I went on Pinterest and started looking for food recipes for dinner along side Rory and Andy who had decided to search on Instagram and TikTok respectively.
"Should we cook chicken alfredo pasta" Rory said glancing up from her phone. We looked at each other.
"Nope" We said in unison and went back to hunting.
"How about this. Chipotle Shrimp" Andy asked showing us her phone.
"It doesn't look so appetizing at all" I said shaking my head.
"It's looks too healthy" Rory said looking back at her phone.
"Did you find anything Angel" Andy asked looking at me.
"Nope. They don't look good enough"I said letting at a tired sighed.
"What about this Peri Peri Chicken and Rice. Apparently it's a Nando's copycat of some sort. Looks really good" Rory said showing us the video recipe. And it looked so good.
"We have a winner. Peri Peri Chicken and Rice it is then" I said dropping my phone beside me.
"Now let's see if we have all the ingredients" Andy said which made us all get up and go to the kitchen to see. I had gone grocery shopping sometime ago so it turned out I got enough ingredients for the recipe. Thank God.
"Yes we do. Let's get started" I said as I started grabbing all the ingredients and placing them on the counter.
"What about dessert" Rory said which made us pause what we were doing and look at ourselves because we had no idea what to eat for dessert.
"I completely forgot about that" I said running my hand through my hair in frustration.
"How about ice cream" Andy suggested.
"That's a good idea because I'm too tired to start making a dessert" Rory said as she started chopping some onions.
After we were done with cooking, we dished the food in three plates and took them to the living room because we had decided to watch a movie while eating. I mean, this is a sleepover, so we are everything in the living room. Rory and Andy had grabbed a bunch of blankets and arranged them in front of the television. We had everything set up for the sleepover. Then we grabbed some cutlery and for drinks we settled for orange juice. When we were done setting everything up, we settled down in our seats and started eating. Rory grabbed the remote and put on a movie.
Dinner was delicious. It turned out better than expected. After dinner, we went to the kitchen and dropped our dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Then we grabbed the ice cream and bowls for ourselves, then put our desired quantity in and went back to the living room and devoured it.
We took about thirty minutes after dinner before we started getting ready for bed and by then it was roughly 10pm. I gave Andy some clothes for the night and she went to the guest bedroom she had used before to freshen up while Rory and I went to our respective rooms to get ready. I took a well deserved warm shower which helped my bones relax. After my shower, I did my night routine before getting dressed for bed. When I was done, I put on some lip balm because my lips were feeling dry, grabbed my phone and went downstairs.
Getting there, I saw Andy and Rory were already there which I meant that I took a while in the shower.
"Hey guys" I said as I took a seat on my spot.
"Took you long enough" Rory said rolling her eyes at me.
"Get out" I said giving her the flip.
"Just admit you take forever to get ready for anything" Rory exclaimed which made Andy laugh.
"To look this great take quite a while" I said giving them the finger while grabbing a remote to put on a movie.
"What movie are we watching" I asked them while they laughed at me.
"What about Birdbox" Andy said as she dropped her phone beside her.
" Umm, I don't know" Rory said giving it a thought.
"Please, I haven't seen it in a long time" Andy begged even giving the puppy dog eyes.
"Fine. Angel put it on" Rory said rolling her at Andy. While I found the movie and put it on. Them I dropped the remote and settled down. We watched the movie, then another and I wasn't sure when I slept off during the movie. I saw myself in a dark room, it was pitch black. Suddenly, a bright light filled the room which momentarily blinded me, when I could see proper I saw a woman covered in blood. She was fully coated in it. I couldn't make out who she was so I walked towards her.
'Hello' I called out but she didn't reply. When I got to her, I placed my hand on her shoulder and turned her around to face me but I was immediately pulled back by a force until I jerked up awake completely breathless.
I looked around and saw it was morning, I looked to my side and saw that Rory and Andy were still asleep. I took a deep breath to calm my nerves when images of the dreams filled my head.
I remembered the woman I saw. Or should I say lady.
Her eyes were familiar.
Because they looked like mine.

Another chapter is up. Sorry it took so long. School has been hectic and to make it worse, the semester is very short, so the work load is a lot.
But I would try and write more. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter.
