okay let me tell you what is love ?

"Love "

love encompasses a range of strong and positive emotional and mental states from the most sublime virtue or good habit , the deepest interpersonal affection , to the simplest pleasure

okay let me tell you in easy words ;

love is a set of emotions and behaviors characterized by intimacy , passion and commitment . It involves ;

1- Care

2- closeness

3- Protectiveness

4-attraction

5- Affection

6- Trust

7- Respect

and many more .....

but for me 6 and 7 are the most important one :)

Types of love :

according to Greek philosophy there are 7 types of love ;

1- Eros ;

Romantic , passionate love (of the body)

2- Philia;

Affectionate , friendly love

3- Agape ;

selfless , universal love

4- Ludus ;

Playful , flirtatious love

5- Pragma;

committed, long lasting love

6- Storge ;

unconditional, familial love

7-Philautia;

self love

° Is love feeling or choice ? what you think ?

actually love is a choice and decision because your actions determine if it lives on or ends . You are in control of how you act in you relationships and how much you push past conflict and challenges. when you decide to work on communication , intimacy or emotional security , you're choosing love .

°The meaning of love has changed ;

The meaning of love has changed over the generation. Today attraction is the main form of love the emotions and feelings are absent . Today people love for their own purposes.

while in old generation the reason behind loving someone was due to care respect and emotions for each other .These aspects are missing in the feeling of love these days .

let us discuss the most important type of love that is "Self love "

Charles Bukowski said ;

"If you have the ability to love , love yourself first "

what is self love?

self love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical , psychological and spiritual growth.

Another meaning ;

taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.

choose your self even when others refuse to, self love is choosing yourself and choosing yourself is self care .

Rules of self love that are simple in practice and multifaceted in their benefits ;

1- stop comparing yourself to others

2- Don't worry about others opinion

3- Allow your self to make mistakes because we learn from mistakes

4- Remember you value doesn't lie in how your body looks

5- Don't be afraid to let go of toxic people

6- Process your fears

7- Say positive things to yourself

8- Prioritize you health and well being

9- not let others take advantage of or abuse you

10- Discover what is important to you
