After giving her some time to arrange her shaky breath, Rong Yue spoke up "Xu Ning?"
"Who is this?" Her tone was guarded and cautious which was expected.
"You helped me sometime in the past, I'm here to return the favor, if you of course want my help," Rong Yue said slowly, she made sure each of her words were clear.
Thinking this was a bait, Xu Ning refused quickly, "I don't need help, thank you,"
After that, the line went dead making Rong Yue sigh helplessly. However, instead of giving up, she hurriedly called back.
"Even if you surrender, you would be giving your life up for someone as wretched as your uncle. If he can use his kids as a gamble, you can be certain that even later, when he has you in his palm, there's no guarantee of those kids been safe,"
On the other end of the call, Xu Ning's were trembling as she stared in shock.
