Daniel shrugged. "Maybe she's a Portugal immigrant who paid to get here."
"Naked, Daniel. The girl was naked. What, did she pay with her clothes?"
"I don't know. But human trafficking is real fucked-up shit, Anthony."
"And Morello is one real fucked-up individual." And so am I.
James stepped in next to me. "So, we're still suspecting Morello?"
I scowled at him. "Hell yeah! It's not a coincidence that the Morellos used fruit to disguise their drug smuggling in the past, and here we find a container filled with watermelons and a naked woman. It's quite glaring if you ask me."
"My brother's right. Until proven otherwise, we need to handle this as if Stefano Morello is behind it."
