The Next Morning
As her eyes fluttered open, she sat on the bed analyzing the room 'This is not my room, where am I?' she racked her brain but she remembered nothing but she had an awful hangover then the memory of last night flooded in, she took a look at the room again but found herself admiring it. A young lady not more than twenty two entered the room saying "Madam yo...." "Before you say anything, get me some Advil and a bowl of sober soup" Yes Madam" she said before she left. She couldn't help but hold her head, she made a mental note never to 'drink' sorrows away. "Ahhh, it hurts, where's that maid" she cried to no one in particular. After five minutes of forever the maid entered with a tray " I'm so sorry Ma'am, here you go" she set them on a stool, without thinking twice she swallowed seven pills of Advil using the sober soup to digest it "Ma'am" she cried but Rosie answered her with a side glare saying "How can I get out of here?" "Ma'am, Young Master stated that you are not allowed to leave the room talkless of the house" tears suddenly welled up in Rose's eyes "Please just help me out, my sister is out there suffering, please help me" "I'm sorry ma'am I can't do that, if so it may unleash Young Master's wrath" "I understand, you are under orders.... wait what's your name" "Flora, ma'am let me prepare your bath so that you can have breakfast" "Okay, when is your master coming back" "He may be back tonight or tomorrow, permit me to leave ma'am" "Permission granted"
Rosanna took her bath and was having breakfast in the room, it seemed like she was ready for another chapter of her life, but for better or worse, each deed done would warrant a blessing or a curse.
