Chapter 1 - Welcome

BEFORE YOU START...

Hey, whatever your name is, welcome. My soul greets you. If you are sitting, stand, whatever position you are now, stand. Unless you are in a car or train, then you are permitted to sit. This exercise I am about to teach you can be done sitting. But best-done standing. You will close your eyes, well, not now, but after reading the instructions I am about to give you. Call the exercise, goodbye. I am going to teach you how to exorcise your problems.

First, you have to stand, if you can't, then sit upright; make sure your shoulders are relaxed. Now, try to look at the letters without reading. Don't read, just look. Stupid right? That is because you are conscious. Don't mind the noise around you. But if it's possible to get to somewhere quiet, then do, because you don't want to get distracted while performing this exercise...your soul might remain trapped in the pocket space you are about to create. But if you can't, and sure you can't, then your soul knows you can't too, because your soul is you, but you are not your soul. It is of a higher body. Knowing this, the soul wouldn't teleport its full self to this space.

When you close your eyes, hold your breath for seven seconds, because seven is a perfect number. Within those seven seconds, focus on an issue bothering you. Pinpoint the problem before deciding to close your eyes. There might be many but focus on one. Make sure you don't exceed seven seconds. Now breathe. Don't waver. Focus on that issue. Keep breathing. Be aware of your breathing. Breathe.

The problem would gradually turn to something, many a time, a cobra with its neck flattened. When you can picture the snake or whatever animal that would appear, don't be scared. Take steady breaths; not too much to be called deep and small to be called shallow. Take the snake to any arena of your choice. You can do it because you are now in the only place you can exercise freedom. The mind. Make sure you don't picture spectators around the arena. Just you and the snake.

You have a long stick in your hand. Tighten your grip; be ready to strike. The snake would slowly creep, circling around you. Don't let your eyes follow it, focus where you had seen it before. It is scared and thinks you don't know this. It wants you to see the other snakes behind you. It is one of its tricks. Your soul is watching your back, but you don't know this. The snake knows this and wants you to advert your soul which is waging the snakes behind you from attacking. Once you advert, the sight of so many snakes wiring into each other would scare you and your grip on the stick might somewhat soften. The cobra was with the other snakes, but you singled it out. Remember? it is wondering why you chose it. Don't get distracted, it can't stay behind you. Your soul won't let it. Be patient and let it circle back to the front.

Once you have charged your morals, lunge forward and give a heavy strike; hitting it like a golf player would hit a golf ball. Open your eyes. It is done.

Relax and try the exercise. Close your eyes, hold your breath and think of one issue, whatever animal-what principalities like to manifest as, take it to your arena and defeat it. Name your arena something cool as you would continue to battle on that ground.
