Sunday passed like the phantom wind. Everyone was up and doing as it was Monday.
Jeffrey was busy with a early morning work out, jugging from one end of the streets to the other.
It was just 6am then.
Harmonica was preparing breakfast for herself and Brolly. Her face didn't have that bright glow it used to have. It was just... dull. Perhaps , she had spent her night thinking of Erica.
It was already 6:30am.
Jerald was all freshened up and dressing his tuxedo well and adjusting his tie. His wife, Selene was still fast as sleep. 6:45am on dot. He left the room and it seemed the aroma of the delicious meal down stairs didn't bother him.
He just left and bounced into his Honda car immediately he reached outside and drove of. 6:53am.
Erica was still having her bath. Still brushing her teeth, taking her time while the blue ruby that was attached to her necklace swung sideways freely.
Wait... a ruby?
She rinsed her mouth with the running waters from the tap and splashed some on her face. The lady was literally taking her time.
By now it was already 7!
Erica was just heading out when Nikita joined her.
"You won't mind if I followed you to work right? ", Nikita said, sharply
Erica raised a brow. "Work... what do you wanna do there?"
"Why don't we talk about it on the way instead. "

"My dad offered you Helena's position? what was your reply?", Curiously, Erica asked.
"Yes... well it was no at first but he threatened me."
"He what?! ", Erica faced her with a shock look. She pulled the car to a halt on the side of the main road. "And why exactly was he threatening you?"
"It complicated... "
Erica sighed and faced the wheel. "Well, since Helene ain't around you should take the sit for a while. "
"What? I can't do this job, I have other important things to do with my life. I can't spend my time doing Helene's work." She wasn't wrong though, you can't always pick someone's leftover food, take it from me.
"But you will be earning instead of roaming around. ", Erica did have a point but Nikita wasn't interested in the cash because Jerald was just after her.
Erica started the engines so long and drove of to the office.
"I still wonder why Helene hasn't returned yet."
"What do you mean? she busy overseas."
"That what we were told, and beside... don't you find it weird? she left the same night you disappeared to travel overseas for some work just like that."
"Anything is possible. ",
Nikita rolled her eyeballs. "...not at this rate."
Erica chuckled, understanding what she had meant by that statement. "... don't worry, everyone is gonna love you but beware of the bees tho."
"Bees?!"
"No not bees.", Erica giggled. "I meant workers who love stinging other people. And i am pretty much working under your position so don't fuss, I will be right there all the way."
"Fine... I think I can work with that. "

Daniels Enterprise.
The sun rays bounced of the windows almost immediately as they attempted to penetrate the glassy windows.
The large compartments were held by four pillars that were over fifty meters high, up to a roofing that stopped the stretched pillars, on the other side of the roofing with another compartment , it roofing was also covering the last compartment which belong to Jerald Daniels.
Each compartments had their own necessary function and purposes. The ones underneath his office belonged to the likes of Helene , Erica and Oliver as well as Harmonica.
Then the last compartment underneath was the wide area were the receptionist and other staff workers worked their asses out for the company.
The Daniels enterprise, best known for it advanced level of architecture and technology and undisputed streak of top real estate housing companies.
It has the best architects and financial system you can ever imagine. Sorry I didn't really put much effort in describing the company bur, here we go.
Aside Jerald having to be the overall boss of the company, he aims and cracks deal with investors and private and public institution.
He is also bad ass artist on his own, he might be an unruly man and a father but he was also successful businessman.
The like Oliver, also know as Vincent the director of the company and the financial gurus; Helene and Erica down to the architects; Harmonica and some other ladies.
Architects here were mostly women, there was only one man who was into the business of drawing— Eric Eran. He had this eerie blue eyes that stole every female architect In the room except for Erica.
He never got his chances with his Erica and he knew he would never get his chance, envying the relationship she has with Harmonica.
A red four runner Jeep pulled Into the parking lot situated within the company grounds, for every worker and visitors, Daniels enterprise has a large spatial ground for it.
The doors opened as Erica and Nikita stepped out in elegant dresses that accentuated their beauty.
Nikita sways from time to time as the phantom wind bathed the vicinity with a little spoon ferocity.
"Jeez... this ain't something you see everyday. ", Nikita covered her mouth immediately she realized she had let her thoughts escaped it cage.
Slowly removing them, "I mean... you don't see stuffs like this everyday."
Erica subconsciously smiled with her seductive face and lead the way to the office. Nikita had points tho, The Daniels enterprise was indeed carved in a pool of wealth.
Everyone inside the lower compartment stopped working immediately the two sided doors pushed open. Erica Daniels made her rebel entrance with her pride flowing like an endless stream and her beauty forcing the men to drool.
Something felt different, Erica normally couldn't attract guys this far except Eric. God knows how Eric will react when sees her now.
Erica presence was pulsating, her male colleges had beads of sweat rolling down their faces. Nikita entered and felt the intense beat of the company.
'Oooo good lords... this is gonna be a rollercoaster', Nikita said with strict coldness encapsulating her spines.
This is gonna be a rollercoaster ride.
