If not for the fact that she had started speaking again, Alex seemed to have forgotten all about Ava. He glanced at Mia who was still passed out cold from the lovemaking. The threats had been neutralized. There was no point in sticking around any longer. So, without even as much as a single word, he teleported right out of there in the blink of an eye, leaving the dazed Ava and the knocked out Mia.
