The sun came up brightly today in the city of Zast, the National airport was buzzing with people moving in and out carrying their suitcases and travelling bags and whatever they came with. It was 3 pm and the flight that just landed flew from Ranyer to Zast, it was just a one-hour flight since Ranyer wasn't far from Zast and it would take at most 3hrs by vehicles to move from Ranyer to Zast and vice versa.
Amongst the crowd moving in and out of the airport was a feminine figure in all black, a black jogger, a black hoodie covering her head, a pair of black boots and her blue suitcase, she had a dark shade covering her eyes, her left hands Inside her pocket while the other held her suitcase and she strutted out of the airport gaining the curious glances of most people around.
The flight from Ranyer to Zast was her second flight in one week. She had been on the run, avoiding the marriage her parent arranged for her. The first flight was from Ranyer to Yokminj. The moment her parent told her about the marriage and how it was a do or die, she immediately prepared her things to fly to Yokminj in an attempt to escape the marriage but it was fruitless because her father prepared seven able-bodied security personnel to bring her back when they figured out her hideout.
The Millner family were very prominent in Ranyer, they were engineers and own a construction company that works directly for the government, Mr. Blue Millner was the current CEO and the founder and owner of BR constructions. Mr Blue was a fifty years old man but he had only one daughter. He felt that at this age he needed to step down and hand over the company to the heir but since he had no son, the only option was to arrange a business marriage for his daughter. He found the CEO of VP motors as the perfect match for his daughter and the best candidate for his seat as the Chief Executive Officer of BR constructions.
But unfortunately, his only daughter had thought of her own, the idea of an arranged marriage was something she could not seat well with. As a child, she had always been in love with cars and loved to draw and design lots of car models and working for a car company as an artist was what she was aiming for.
But her parent was forcing her into studying business and engineering, she fought and begged that she wasn't interested in engineering but her parent turned a deaf ear, left her with no other choice she had to study business and engineering but she already swore that that would be the last decision her parent would make for her.
However, that wasn't the end because her parent suddenly brought up the arranged marriage and that was when she couldn't take it anymore, that night after their long family fight and arguments about the topic of the marriage, she arranged her things in a blue suitcase and prepared her necessary documents and other things needed for a flight and booked an online flight to Yokminj the next morning.
Her plane landed at Yokminj's national airport by noon and since she was new and needed a place to stay, she walked about the local area looking for a hotel and she found one and booked in, she lived peacefully in the hotel for two days, doing whatever she wanted without having to think too much but on the third day she wanted to have a stroll because she thought she had stayed indoors for too long and was tired seeing the decor of her hotel room everything, she just needs a breath of fresh air and does a little sightseeing around the city.
Although this was not exactly her first time being in Yokminj, in the past, she would escort her father to business meetings and corporations or formal dinner parties and other business events and she never had time to relax or look around the beautiful city because her father was always busy and had no time to stay longer than needed in another city if it had nothing to do with business, "time is money" he would often say.
She walked about on the streets buying food and doing a lot of sightseeing when she suddenly felt people following her, she stylishly looked around but found no suspicious persons but she still felt that someone was following her. She kept moving and stood before an ice cream booth, she keenly observed the busy place as her eyes moved around when she finally saw it.
A man in a black security uniform that had her family's symbolic logo tagged on his side pocket, she knew he could not be the only one here for her so she looked around closely and she saw two more, they were acting normal while they secretly and silently followed her. She didn't even bother to look around for more because she could already guess that more came but she didn't know how many they were specifically.
She quietly left the ice cream booth and pretended like she saw and knew nothing but she noticed that they were getting closer to her and would grab her at any time. She turned around and saw they were seven of them in total number. She could have fought them but they were seven of them, although she was a black belt and was good in martial arts since she learnt it in middle school and high school she could not outnumber seven trained security personnel because not only would she not be able to beat them, she'll also receive a good blow from them and cause herself to be bruised and that would even be a total waste of time since she would not surrender easily, the only option was to run.
She ran very fast and ran faster than them since she was tall with long legs and had a slender figure, and she was extremely thankful for it but she was naturally a good runner and running now was not a problem for her at all, she was light and was able to lift herself.
