“Damian..” I whispered as I looked into his eyes which were swirling with mixed emotions.
“I know, Baby girl. I thought I'd be okay seeing you with Rai, but it made me so jealous that I have to have you. I’m sorry..” he said while letting me go.
Walking to Rai’s room, my mind was on Damian and our kiss and lovemaking. Oh my God, if it was true that Rai and I were still a couple, then it meant that I’d betrayed Rai with his best friend! If he knew, it’d devastate him. But Rai and I were broken up, I repeated in my mind.
Going into Rai’s room, I saw him lounging on the bed, reading a book.
“Rai, I thought you’ll be sleeping,” I pointed out.
“I want to sleep holding you, Princess. And there’s something that I need to talk to you about.” He reached out his hands to me.
I climbed into bed with him, offering my hands for him to hold.
“Princess, I’m sorry for breaking up with you. It wasn’t what I meant to do," he said, looking deep into my eyes.
