Leslie, who after a long ride on a carriage that felt extremely uncomfortable during the trip from the west to the border into the north, could only secretly breathe a sigh of relief when she realized that the carriage that was constantly moving had finally stopped.
As if correcting Leslie's thought, the coachman tapped on the driver's window while saying softly.
"Lady, it has arrived."
Leslie took as many breaths as possible and then exhaled slowly.
"Alright." Leslie steadied herself after confirming her belongings, which consisted only of a suitcase, were in her right hands.
Carefully, Leslie descended the steps of the horse-drawn carriage while carrying her suitcase which felt quite heavy.
"Ugh..!" Leslie could only growl in annoyance when she realized that there wasn't a single knight who would help her down the carriage, nor a few maids who would help her carry her things as usual.
