"{Bind Magic}-"
Ryu shouted whilst having his right arm stretch out.
"{All Seer Bind}!"
A bright cyan-colored magic circle appeared before his right hand. And from that magic circle, mana began to materialize as multi-colored whips in the counts of 4.
*Swish*
The whips quickly began to move themselves towards their target that was set by Ryu, which is the
*splish*
Ryu, the caster of the {Bind Magic}, smirked as the magic he casted has successfully binded the
"Now Advendale!"
"Ohm, thanks Ryu!"
Advendale smiled towards Ryu as he gave him his thanks. but-
"S-shut up, just go already"
Although Ryu blushed a little, he was in fact, actually weak to compliments so this much is inevitable.
"Hahaha, my bad Ryu"
"Hero...You dare try to make fun, right in front of me?!"
The Demon Lord suddenly exclaimed as he began to move slightly, however.
"Oh no you don't!"
With just those words the binds on the Demon Lord become much tighter, making it much more harder for him to move. of course and in order for that to happen, Ryu must be in full focus, its the Demon Lord afterall.
"Guh!"
"Advendale!, You better do it quick, I don't know how long can I last against him"
Ryu said to Advendale whilst making a pained smile as he was struggling a bit to bind down the Demon Lord himself.
"Ohm, thanks again Ryu, {Holy Sword - Excalibur}!"
A bright light began to shine inside the Demon Lord's throne hall, it was so bright that it could blind Ryu's eyes 10 times over, but good thing for him, he managed to close his eyes to avoid that punishment, the same cannot be said for the Demon Lord though.
"GAHH!, MY EYES"
"Luirena!"
"Yes!"
Advendale rushed towards the Demon Lord with the Holy Sword by his hand, and behind him, the [Holy Saint] of the Church of Lunalia, Luirena was beginning to cast a spell to the Hero. by reaching out her Golden Ornate staff outwards toward the Hero she then released the spell.
"{Holy Protection},{Inspiration of the Many}"
different to how Ryu casted his magic, Luirena's magic didn't have any magic circle instead...
"Here I come Demon Lord!"
Advendale cried out while rushing towards the Demon Lord at break neck speed, he then began to shine bright just like how the staff that Luirena is currently wielding, unlike Ryu's magic, Luirena uses Holy Magic so it doesn't have a magic circle.
"GO!"
Ryu exclaimed towards Advendale as he was about to lose his bind over the Demon Lord. although the spell {All Seer Bind} significantly binds the Demon Lord into its place, it doesn't mean the Demon Lord can't do anything.
"{Dread Shot}"
Whilst under the bind of Ryu, the Demon Lord uses his own magic to defend himself. a distortion in space appeared near the Demon Lord, its extremely similar to how black holes swallows every matter nearby its vicinity however the difference here is-
"Take this, HERO!"
Suddenly violet streams of energy came out of the holes at extreme speed, and they are all aimed at the Hero. The Demon Lord's magic is a very unique magic, it is similar to Holy Magic which it doesn't use magic circles either. but
"Haaaa!"
Advendale managed to block all of the incoming projectiles at him but rather than block, I think 'sliced' is a better fitting word for it.
"WHAT?"
Advendale managed to came close towards the Demon Lord, and with haste, he then began to swing the Holy Sword downward. but just as about it was to hit the Demon Lord, he grinned. Ryu suddenly collapses to the ground and the bind towards the Demon Lord was broken.
"Rah!"
With swift movements, the Demon Lord catches the sword mid swing with his bare hands, afterwards Advendale was shocked, afterall even if he was the Demon Lord there's no way that even he can touch the Holy Sword because it exist to solely destroy all demons that it touched, but this...
"You...Monster"
The Demon Lord grinned because he finally got the Hero...or so he thought, just as he think that the Hero was about to dread in despair knowing that the Holy Sword is not effective to him, the thing that he saw was, a smile.
"NOW SASHA!"
Black fog suddenly manifested at the top of the Hero in it, a dark skinned girl came out. in her hands she is holding two daggers tipped with poison.
"What?!"
The Demon Lord was surprised, he didn't think that there was another person with them this whole time, but he didn't care, what is she gonna do?, poison him?, not even the Hero's greatest
"Hehe, what is she gonna do-"
His line was cut short, because....his head had separated from his body. Sasha smirked as he looked at the Demon Lord at his eyes. the Demon Lord was frustrated, he? the Demon Lord, got defeated by some unknown girl?
"H-How"
"Allow me to explain"
Advendale suddenly spoke towards the Demon Lord's question, and its in a polite manner too. After Sasha lop the Demon Lord's head off she then gracefully landed in the floor. Afterwards when Sasha landed by Advendale's side he then began to answer the Demon Lord's question.
"This girl right here is a [Holy Assassin]"
"A [Holy Assassin], you say?"
Even though his head is now off his body, he is somehow still alive, but that's just how it looks in the surface. in reality the magic that's coursing through his body is beginning to diminish at a rapid rate.
"Yes"
Sasha suddenly interrupts the conversation between the two.
"In essence we the [Holy Assassin] are not much different from the [Holy Saint] we both have the same role of defeating evil demons, however the only difference between us is our strength in (Attack-Type Holy Magic), we the [Holy Assassin] have much more mastery over the {Holy Magic} than the [Holy Saint], In fact if we wanted to we can eradicate every demon in this world"
"Then why?...why did you humans... summoned a Hero"
"Although we can kill every demon in this world if we wanted to, if we were to fight under normal circumstances we [Holy Assassin] will lose 100% due to the fact that we cannot fight demons head-on, thus we were called [Holy Assassin] due to our tactics of using Assassination over our target demons instead of fighting them directly"
"Hehe...so you're telling me...you [Holy Assassin] are just cowards who would rather catch the enemy without their guard up?"
"To be blunt, yes"
"DON'T SCREW WITH ME!!!"
"?!!"
Advendale, Sasha, and Luirena suddenly put their guard back up. They acted like this because the Demon Lord... For some reason doesn't seem to be disappearing..
yet.
"I, the Demon Lord, will never get defeated in such a cowardly way"
All of a sudden the atmosphere inside the room became more tense than before, in fact this time its so tense that Luirena is having a hard time to breathe.
"Haa..haa..i can't breathe right..."
Advendale and Sasha were also affected by the now sudden intense atmosphere inside the room which made it harder for both of them to move.
"Dammit, what's going on here"
Advendale was shaken even though the Demon Lord had already has his head separated from his body, he couldn't helped but be scared to him.
"Sasha, keep it together!"
Sasha on the other hand, trembled greatly, in fact she was so scared that she fell in the ground and began muttering some nonsense.
"N-no, I didn't do it... No this can't be happening"
That's what she muttered over and over again, but since she was muttering away to herself Advendale didn't heard it.
"Kukuku"
The Demon Lord suddenly laughed with glee, it was if he planned this all along or perhaps maybe its-
"You... You still have a card under your sleeve... Didn't you, Demon Lord"
The Demon Lord grinned ever so wide over the Hero's words, because it would appears as though whatever it is that he wanted to achieve, he finally did it.
"Indeed, Hero!"
Strands of dark energy materialized out from under the Demon Lord's neck, it then began to reach out for the neck part in the body slowly
"What... Is that"
Advendale shivered along with the words he had spoken, those strand of dark energy that is currently connecting the head back to the Demon Lord's body gave Advendale the feeling of dread.
