Evelyn's words sent a chill down Gadar's spine.
'I am not as ruthless as that woman,' thought Gadar, trying to convince himself.
He tried to persuade himself of the fact that Evelyn couldn't defeat him even if they fought. He decided to remain vigilant at all times. Otherwise, he wouldn't know even if she killed him in broad daylight.
At this moment, Lina became conscious again. She was still in pain. She tried to remember what had happened to her.
