Both August and Takahashi were envious that Robert had a brother in Sanbo Hospital - that brother was Director Gao.
In his quest to learn Chinese, he called Director Gao incessantly, chatting endlessly, which caused Director Gao's wife to suspiciously wonder if her husband was up to no good outside.
Left with no choice, Director Gao had to use the speakerphone each time. Once his wife confirmed the caller was a man, she would be reassured.
But in no time, Director Gao's wife had a new suspicion. Why was Director Gao chatting with a man all the time?
This man would often say, "Brother, I miss you, have you been busy lately?"
