August immediately called over the manager of the conference service team: "Arrange accommodations for Professor Fu's team at this hotel."
The manager was in a difficult position as these plans had been made at least six months in advance, and it wasn't feasible to alter them at this stage. All the rooms were already booked, and changing them now would affect numerous attendees.
"Mr. August, we're really powerless in this situation. If we make arrangements now, other people who were already booked won't have rooms,"
the manager said, troubled.
